Results The positive ratio of hTR,hTERT mRNA was2/7and1/7in normal oral mucosa,81.2%(13/16)and87.4%(14/16)in odontogenic keratocyst(OKC),94.4%(51/54)in AB,respec-tively. There was a significant difference in these three groups(P<0.001).
Results The results showed that MMP 2 existed in all the OSCC tumor tissues and normal oral mucosa member, and that the increase of the expression and activities of MMP 2in the OSCC tumor tissue and plasma,and related to tumor invasion and neck lymph node metastasis.
Results The positive rate of FHIT and hMLH_1 in OSCC (46.4% and 47.8%) was lower than that in normal oral mucosa (77.5% and 77.5%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The correlation between FHIT and hMLH_1 was statistically significant (P<0.05).

In dogs with stomatitis an additional component appears in the mucous membrane, of the cheeks, tongue, and hard palate (ectodermal derivatives), which is not found in the homonymous areas of the normal oral mucosa.
