A new integral equation for current distribution of a cylindrical antenna is de-rived. This is a one-dimensional Predholm equation of the second kind, and is different from the conventional Hallen equation in antenna theory. Emphasis is laid on the analysis of the current and magnetic field for an infinitely long antenna. It is found that our equation is more suitable for describing an actual antenna than the Hallen equation. Preliminary numerical computations for a finite antenna have been carried out....

In this paper an iterative method for regulariZing algorithem has been investigated. Let the continuous functional f(z) be weakly lower semi-continuous in the weak topology and let F_a(z)=f(z)+av(‖-z_0‖)。We denote by z_a the element of minimum for F_a(z_a)=inf F_a(z)。It is the main purpose of the first section of this paper to characterize the asymptoic behavior of z_a as a↓0. In the second section we present an iterative method for regularizing algorithem for the solution of operator equations of the second kind in spectrum. We will show that the successive approximations converge to generalized normal solution of operator equations of the second kind.

本文参照的正则化算法,引进泛函F_α(z)=f(z)+αv(‖z-z_0‖),研究了当f(z)是希氏空间上连续,且弱下半连续泛函时,F_α(z)的最小值点z_α,当α↘0时的渐近性质,第二部分给出了用以求解谱点上第二类算子方程的与正则化算法相联系的迭代法,并证明了这种迭代法收敛于第二类算子方程的广义正规解。
