It is presented here the method and instruments of heat flow measurements in drill holes used in this work, consisting of a sensor of semiconductive thermistor for measuring temperature in drill holes, a laboratory set for determining the thermal conductivity of core samples. Then, the actual data of temperature and thermal conduetivity measurements with the calculated values of heat flow for 16 drill holes at 11 localities obtained during the last few years in North China are given. Then, the actual data of temperature and thermal conduetivity measurements with the calculated values of heat flow for 16 drill holes at 11 localities obtained during the last few years in North China are given. Some preliminary discussions on the relation of the distribution of heat flow and the complex geological situation in North China are made, for example, on the possible explanation of the higher heat flow values and their more scattering character in northern and eastern China than those of the tectonic regions of similar type in other parts of the world.

In this paper, a charge pumping effect in CCD with floating diffusion region is introduced, which will lead to a voltage shift and a special charge transfer loss. With such an effect, floating diffusion amplifier can not be taken as a nondestructive voltage sensor of a signal. The effect can be obviated provided that floating diffusion is reset to a critical voltage during charge transfer process.

An automatic measurement system of the 320 meters meteorological tower is described. This system is being designed to provide the vertical structure of the meteorological elements that will meet the research objectives of the air pollution and the atmospheric boundary layer.Sensors to be described are the sensors of temperature at the ground, temperature difference between tw.o levels, wind speed and direction. In addition, the feature of automatic data processing system is described. This system can be divided into two groups according to the desired sampling rate. One is for the form of profile of the mean wind speed, wind direction and temperature differece. The other is to sent the instantaneous data and signals of the fast response sensors.

本文重点介绍北京320米气象观测塔上进行平均场垂直梯度测量的自动化设备,并介绍各层安装的风向、风速、温差以及地面温度仪等的性能。塔上大量数据输入两种自动化处理系统。一种是将各层平均风向、平均风速、温差以垂直廓线的形式记录在电子电位差计上;另一种是将上述瞬时资料以及其它快速感应信号送入DJS-130电子计算机进行处理。
