Results Nine factors of the anti-terrorism armed policemen in SCL-90 were lower than those of normal models,which were significantly related to 4 personality factors(P<0.05,P<0.01),but not with other 3 personality factors(P>0.05). Moreover,the rest 9 kinds of personality factors were remarkably related to some SCL-90 factors(P<0.01).
ResultsThe scores of physiological,psychological,social and environmental domains of QOL among military personnel in the Chinese people's Armed Police Forces of Guangdong Province were 66.46±12.50,67.35±13.59,64.68±14.49 and 56.15±14.92,being higher than the average.
PARTICIPANTS: The experiment was completed at the Central Laboratory of Armed Police Medical College from April 2002 to April 2004. Totally 60 Wistar male rats were selected and divided randomly into 5 groups with 12 in each group.
Synthesis of four novel pendant armed macrocyclic ligands and their interaction with lanthanide(III) cations
The ability of La3+ ions to form stable complexes with four novel pendant-armed NxOy-macrocycles derived from 2,6-bis(2-formylphenoxymethyl)pyridine, L1, L2, L3, and L4, has been studied.
The pendant-armed ligands were then synthesized by the alkylation of the free-NH groups with p-(L1 and L3) and o-nitrobenzyl bromide (L4), and 2-chloromethylpyridine chlorohydrate (L2).
The number of complexes obtained from the pendant-armed macrocycles is lower than that of the (unsubstituted) parent ones, suggesting that the introduction of pendant arms in the macrocyclic skeletons increases the selectivity of the ligands.
In the series of two-armed chromosomes, there is a pair of large submetacentric ones, while there are two pairs of large subtelocentric chromosomes in the one-armed series.
