Fast signal acquisition by FBG is discussed and an optical signal acquisition SOPC system based on Altera Nios platform is designed.The working principles of all parts in the system, including optical signal acquisition, optical-to-electric signal conversion, analog-to-digital signal conversion and signal acquisition by Nios SOPC are analyzed.Compared with other measurement system, this SOPC shows us flexibility,stability,easy-maintainability and high-efficiency.

The new system is satisfying after being put into operation.

激光平坦度仪广泛应用于热轧带钢平坦度在线检测与控制。从激光平坦度仪信号检测和处理系统的系统组成、工作原理和信号处理方法等方面进行了详细的分析,包括CCD光信号采样、A/D转换、FIFO存储及DSP信号处理等;对于原系统中计算机过于陈旧及在通讯方面出现的问题,进行了系统改进,重新配置计算机并采用了新的以太网通讯方式,新系统在投入使用后取得了满意的效果。
