A new process producing synthetic desulphurizer by adding a certain amount of additive intomolten slag from open-hearth furnace during tapping is described in this paper. A pre-fused slagproduced with the additive by sensible heat in the tapping slag was cooled and ground. It wasused as desulphurizer for molten iron in the ladle. The results show that 90% of steel pills inthe tapping slag could be recovered. This desulphurization process has the follwing abvantages compared with the use of lime-base reagent...

本文以平炉钢渣为原料,利用钢渣本身显热,在排渣过程中加入适量添加剂制预熔渣,经破碎制粉为铁水炉外复合脱硫剂,同时回收渣中90%以上的金属铁的新工艺进行了研究。与碱粉或石灰脱硫比,该法具有①成本低;②改善喷吹操作条件和作业的环境;③脱硫渣呈液态,流动性好,一般不需要扒渣;④脱硫过程铁损少,无回磷回硫现象等优点。

In this paper,we have carried out the experimential dete- rmination on the valence variatiation of cobalt cation,the fo- rmation of O_2~- anion and HO_2 free radical,and the growth of multisulphur chain in the regeneration structure in the cataly- zed desulphurization process of PDS by the absorption,param- agnetic and infrared spectroscopy as well as the analysis met- hod of electrochemistry.This work has provided an experime- ntfal confirmation for the model of two-center theory.

本文通过吸收光谱、顺磁共振光谱、红外光谱及电化学分析方法等实验手段测定了 PDS 催化脱硫反应过程中配位中心钴离子价态的变化、O_2~-和 HO_2的生成以及再生结构中多硫链的形成,从而为上文提出的双中心反应机理模型提供了实验佐证
