OBJECTIVE In order to prevent nosocomial infection, the L form bacteria were studied. METHODS 800 samples carried out from the hospital envionment and 918 samples from the nosocomial infected patients. Three strains of L forms (Staphyoeocaus aureus L form, Eschherichia colo L from, Pandomonos L form). were isolated and identified. RESULTS The general culture positive rates of 3 strains of L form bacteria of the hospital environment and the nosocomial patients were 19.0% and 16.7% respectiveoy. The multiple antbiotic resistance tests of the three strains from two different origins were of no significante difference (P>0.01). The homology ratios of the three strains of L form bacteria from two different origins were ruther high ie, 90.3%, 75.0% and 84.2% respectively. CONCLUSIONS The pathogenic organisms of the nosocomial infected patients by L form bacteria may be contamincded from the hospital environment.

目的为了全面防止医院感染,我们对细菌L型的医院感染进行了研究。方法对医院内环境中800份标本及医院感染患者918份标本分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌L型、大肠埃希氏菌L型及铜绿假单胞菌L型进行了质粒谱分析和药敏试验。结果本院环境及医院感染患者细菌L型总检出率分别为19.0%和16.7%。不同来源的3种细菌L型的多重耐药性无显著性差异。不同来源3种细菌L型的同源性比例均较高,分别为90.3%、75.0%、84.2%。结论细菌L型医院感染患者的病原菌主要来自医院内环境

Objective To investigate the ultrastructural changes and proliferative cycle of L form bacteria in septicemic patients.\ Methods\ 10 colonies of L form bacteria were investigated by a transmission electromicroscope, using L form bacteria analytic technique.\ Results\ L form bacteria was polymophological in shape with partial or completedly defected cell membrane.The structures within the cell body were dispersed with loose density. There existed a dynamic and gradually maturated process from strongyloplasm, spheroplast to megaball at last going mitosis leading to the release of strongyloplasm.\ Conclusion\ An understanding of the ultrastructure of L form bacteria is helpful to block its infection and reduce misdiagnosis clinically. 1目的 了解败血症病人 L型细菌的超微结构及其增殖方式。 2方法 采用 L型细菌检测技术 ,对10株 L型细菌进行透射电镜观察。 3结果 电镜下 L型细菌呈多形性 ,细胞壁部分或完全缺失 ,菌体内结构稀疏 ,电子密度降低 ,从原生小体、圆球体到巨型体裂解释放原生小体 ,是一个动态的逐渐成熟的过程。 4结论  L型细菌虽然失去细胞壁 ,但仍能以独特的增殖方式繁殖。

Because of L-form bacteria havin g special biological properties including cell wall-less,they can overex-press and secret many heterogeous proteins as a soluble and functional active form by using an appropriate signal peptide.The yield of gene product in culture medium depends on different gene sequences,vectors,hosts and i-uduced condition.M oreover,L-form bacteria can also be applied as active proteins in cytoplasmic membrane surface display.

L-型细菌由于缺乏细胞壁以及具有的其它特殊生物学特性,通过连接合适的信号肽,可以用于许多外源蛋白的可溶性、功能活性形式的分泌表达。表达产物在培养基中,表达的产量依赖于不同的基因序列、载体、宿主和诱导表达条件等因素。此外,L-型细菌还能将具有功能活性的蛋白展示在胞浆膜表面。
