Experiments were conducted to study the effects of Se on reducing the peroxidation damage of membrane lipin of soybean induced by continuous cropping. Results showed that Se could increase the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in soybean leaves significantly in continuous cropping pot experiment and in alternate cropping plot experiment (F=13.00 * * and F=5.12 * *). Experiments were conducted to study the effects of Se on reducing the peroxidation damage of membrane lipin of soybean induced by continuous cropping. Because of the increase of GSH-Px activity, the content of product of lipid peroxidation, malondialdehyde (MDA), decreased obviouly, and there was a significant negative correlation between them, The correlation coefficients were r= -0.967 * * and r=-0.691 * * respectively. In pot experiment with continuous cropped soils, Se increased the resistance of soybean to red spiders and therefore increased soybean yield by 93.2-112.7%, F=26.35 * *. In alternate cropping plot experiment, Se also increased soybean yield by 12.69-14.53%, although analysis of variance shows that this was not significant.

本试验研究了连作胁迫条件下,硒在减轻连作胁迫对大豆膜脂过氧化损伤中的作用。结果表明,在重茬盆栽和迎茬小区试验中,硒的施用显著提高了大豆叶片中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶( G S H- Px)的活性,方差分析结果分别为 F=13.00和 F= 5.12。由于 G S H- Px 活性的提高,使大豆叶片中膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛( M D A)的含量明显降低,二者呈极显著负相关,相关系数分别为r=- 0.967和r= - 0.691;在重茬盆栽试验中,硒处理明显地提高大豆对红蜘蛛的抗性,使产量较对照增加93.2% ~112.7% , F= 26.55。在迎茬小区试验中,硒处理使大豆产量提高12.96% ~14.53% ,但方差分析未达到显著水平。

Compounds extracted with dichloromethane from soybean root exudates for two weeks, eight weeks in water-culture were identified and allelopathy were studied by GC-MS analysis. The results showed that:The soybean root exudates extracted with dichloromethane included organic acide, alcohol, ester, acetone, aldehyde, phenol, pheyl, hydrocarbon and so on. Contrast with control,the influence of the soybean root exudates for two weeks, eight weeks on the germination of soybean seeds, for eight weeks on radicle growth did not show significant allelopathy inhibition. But the allelopathy of the soybean root exudates for two weeks on soybean radicle growth showed significant inhibition.The results showed that the allelochemicals exist in the soybean root exudates. The varieties and quantities of soybean root exudates for two weeks are different with those for eight weeks. In addition, the alleleopathy of soybean root exudates and the relationship between soybean root exudates and barrier on soybean continuous and alternate cropping were discussed.

采用 GC-MS分析法 ,鉴定了由水培试验方法获得的 2周、8周大豆根分泌物的二氯甲烷提取物 ,并对其化感作用进行了初步研究。结果表明 :能被二氯甲烷提取出来的根分泌物有有机酸类、醇类、酯类、酮类、醛类、酚类、苯类、烃类等有机化合物 ,其中包含一些资料报道过的化感物质。与对照比较 ,2周、8周大豆根分泌物对大豆种子萌发、8周根分泌物对胚根生长未表现出显著抑制作用 ,但 2周根分泌物对胚根生长却表现出极显著的化感抑制作用。上述结果表明 ,大豆根分泌物中存在化感物质 ,2周与 8周大豆根分泌物的种类和数量有所不同。本文还探讨了大豆根分泌物的化感作用及大豆根分泌物与大豆连作障碍的关系等问题
