The factors affecting on the polymerization and the property of the products were discussed. The results showed that the optimized synthesis conditions were reaction temperature 125～135 ℃,reaction time 3～5 h and 40×10 -6～80×10 -6 KOH in the preparation of amino-modified polyorganosiloxane from octamethylcyclotetrasilane,hexamethyldisiloxane and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropylm ethyldimethoxysilane by means of bulk polymerization.
