就灰霉菌(Botrytiscinerea)对3类重要杀菌剂──苯并咪唑类,二甲酰亚胺类和N-苯基氨基甲酸醋类的抗性特点作一综合评述;并简单介绍了抗性菌的抗药机理及相关的生物学特性的研究进展。

Based on the fact that many resistant isolates to both Diethophencarb and Car-bendezim appeared, the best combination ratio of Diethophencarb, Carbendezim and thi-ram was determinated after a series assay of Botrytis cinerea resistance to fungicides, and a new high effective fungicide, LIMEIKANG, was developed. The field experiments proved its efficacy for controlling the resistant isolate to Carbendezim, the resistant isolates to Diethophencarb and the resistant isolates to both Carbendezim and Diethophen-carb,...

Based on the fact that many resistant isolates to both Diethophencarb and Car-bendezim appeared, the best combination ratio of Diethophencarb, Carbendezim and thi-ram was determinated after a series assay of Botrytis cinerea resistance to fungicides, and a new high effective fungicide, LIMEIKANG, was developed. 针对我国番茄灰霉病菌群体中已发现对多菌灵、乙霉威双抗菌系的情况,选择保护性杀菌剂福美双作为伴药与多菌灵及乙霉威进行三元复配,研制出防治抗性灰霉病的高效新药剂利霉康。田间药效试验证明该药剂对灰霉病菌中多菌灵抗性菌系(C~R)、乙霉威抗性菌系(D~R)及双抗菌系(C~RD~R)的防效均在80%以上,在双抗菌系流行地区的防治效果尤其显著。

Mutant character of-resistance (BUVS05, BUVT50) isolates could be inherited stably in the course of hyphal growth an right period, if the period is too long that the mutant character have the tendency of decreasing or loss.

测定了采集的4种灰霉病菌株,确定其均为对多菌灵、速克灵的敏感菌株。据此进行药剂诱变,得到对速克灵的抗性突变株BUVS05与BUVT50,对草莓叶片离体致病力实验发现,抗性菌株在含药平板上生长速率较无药平板上快,与敏感株相比对叶片的致病力较强,发病较严重且病斑扩展速率快。对抗性菌株进行继代培养后接种于含药平板,发现在一定的转接代数内(前7代),抗药性遗传较稳定,在第10代上,抗药性有减弱或丧失的趋势。
