In the right uninephrectomized rabbits, lipid peroxidation in the left remaining kidneys after ischemia and reperfusion was investigated. The lipid peroxide malonaldehyde (MDA, nmol/g wet wt. ) was measured as the marker for lipid peroxidation by the method of Yagi et al. In the group which was renal ischemia for 60 min, the contents of lipid peroxides in cortex and medulla decreased by 44.48±12.07%(p<0.001) and 37.6±17.6% (p<0.001; ±SD) respectively. In the group which was renal ischemia for 60 min, the contents of lipid peroxides in cortex and medulla decreased by 44.48±12.07%(p<0.001) and 37.6±17.6% (p<0.001; ±SD) respectively. On the contrary, in another group which was ischemia for 60 min plus reperfusion for 15 min, the contents of lipid peroxides increased, by 38.39±23.42% (p<0.001) in cortex and by 36.3± 38.79%(p<0.05;±SD) in medulla. The difference in renal lipid peroxi- des between the above-mentioned two groups was so apparent as the changes were in opposite directions. It may be concluded that a burst production of oxygen free radicals must be present in the reperfused kidneys and through augmenting lipid peroxidation, these radicals play an important role in the pathogenesis of renal ischemic damage.

Clavirolide C is a unsaturated lactone diterpenoid isolated from Clavularia viridis Quoy and Gaimard. Pharmacological experiments showed that clavirolide C ip 1.2mg/kg decreased malondialdehyde (MDA) and elevated activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in cerebral ischemic rats.9 and 18 μmol.L~(-1) clavirolide C inhibited ADP or Ca~(2+) induced rabbit platelet aggregation rates.These resuIts suggest that clavirolide C play an protective role in cerebral ischemic damage of rats.

绿柱虫γ-内酯二萜(简称C)显著降低脑缺血组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,从而发挥其对脑缺血再灌注损伤之脑组织的保护作用。对脑组织的保护作用还与它能显著抑制血小板聚集有关。结果表明,C对缺血脑组织的保护作用可能在于它能拮抗Ca~(2+),从而减轻再灌注时Ca~(2+)所造成的损伤。

This paper presents the results of pharmacological studies on Zhi Tan Ling (ZTL). The results showed that ZTL could decrease the ischemic damage of the brain tissue in case of acute cerebral ischemia and increase synthetic metabolism, promote restoration of Cerebral thrombosis, increase cerebral blood flow, improve hemorheologic indexes and meningeal microcirculation in experimental animals. It is indicated that ZTL is effective for ischemic apoplexy through various mechanisms.

较系统地报道了治瘫灵的药理作用,证实该药对急性脑缺血具有保护作用,减少脑组织的缺血性损伤;能促进动物脑中动脉梗塞病灶的修复,减少脑组织的损伤面积,能够促进动物头皮下血肿和脑内血肿的吸收,提高脑内吞噬细胞的活性,增强脑组织的修复。该药还可以增加脑血流量,改善脑组织的缺血缺氧状况;延长体内血栓的形成和减少体外血栓长度、血栓湿重和干重;改善中年大鼠的血液流变学指标;并对动物的脑膜微循环障碍有改善作用,说明该药可通过多种作用途径治疗缺血性中风症。
