Coiled pipe heater is one of the main heat exchangers in chemical works. Replacing coil is related to the definition of the mold diameter and the elimination of the winding stress.

On the basis of analysis of heat transfer mechanism, the numerical solution for two-dimensional comprehensive heat transfer of this structure is conducted with finite element method, the effect of material and thickness of floor decorative layer, coiled pipe spacing, supply water condition and reasonable variation of outdoor and indoor temperature on the thermodynamic properties of the floor is calculated by simulation, and the design principle is given.

The modular floor radiant heating system and its characteristics are introduced, the calculation model of the modular floor radiant heating is established, and the influence of coiled pipe spacing and supply and return water temperatures on the floor surface temperature as well as the internal temperature distribution of the geometric model are analyzed with finite element analysis software ANSYS.

Through observing the morphology of failure position of coiled pipe and combining with other factors,it was regarded that the stress corrosion,intercrystalline corrosion and pore corrosion would occur on the coiled pipes under the conditions of tensile stress and high content of Cl~-.
