The composite films consisting of hydroxyapatite(HAP) submicron crystals(100~200nm) embedded in the matrix of the titania gel were prepared on commercial Ti6Al4V plates with titania buffer layer by a spin-coating technique.The films were annealed in air at 450,550 and 650℃,respectively.The phase formation,surface morphology,and interfacial microstructure of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),field emission-scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) and Energy dispersive X-ray(EDS)analysis.The results showed that the as-prepared films were well-crystallized,dense,homogeneous,and there was a close interfacial bonding between the film and the substrate.To some extent the crystallized phase transitions between anatase and rutile in the composite films were suppressed.With the increasing of annealing temperature,sizes of TiO_2 crystals increased in the range of 10~30nm.The results of adhesion test indicated that there was a good bonding strength within the film and at substrate-film interface,which changed a little with the various annealing temperatures.The formation of bone-like apatite on the surfaces of the films after immersed in simulated body fluid(SBF) validated their bioactivities.

采用溶胶-凝胶法在Ti6Al4V基体上制备了HAP/TiO2纳米复合涂层,并引入TiO2作为缓冲层。使用XRD、FT-IR和FE-SEM协同EDS研究了450、550和650℃温度下煅烧后涂层的组成和结构特征。实验结果表明,HAP/TiO2涂层均具有较好的结晶态,涂层厚度均匀、致密,与金属基体结合紧密。由亚微米级HAP晶体颗粒(100~200nm)镶嵌在分布均匀的纳米TiO2胶质之中,TiO2凝胶颗粒大小随煅烧温度的变化在10~30nm变动。力学测试结果表明这些复合涂层具有较高的结合强度,随着煅烧温度的升高,涂层的抗拉强度呈现上升的趋势。体外生物活性的测试证实了它们的生物活性。

Novel Ti-doped silica gel adsorptive materials were prepared by treating ceramic fiber paper with the sequential impregnation of water glass and the aqueous solution of acidic titanium salt. Novel Ti-doped silica gel adsorptive materials were prepared by treating ceramic fiber paper with the sequential impregnation of water glass and the aqueous solution of acidic titanium salt. The optimal reaction conditions were accordingly obtained, that is, 30% ( mass fraction) of the titanium salt content, 1 mol/L of the additional sulfuric acid concentration, 80℃ of the impregnation temperature and 120min of the impregnation time. It is found that the characteristic peak of Ti-O-Si linkage in the Ti-doped silica gel is shown on the FTIR spectra at the wavenumber of 954 cm-1. The SEM photograph reveals that the Ti-doped silica gel well scatters on the surface and in the apertures of the ceramic fiber paper; and the porous medium surface area analysis shows that the mesopore is dominant in the Ti-doped silica gel. The present study also presents an X-ray EDS analysis of the existence and content of Ti4+ in the adsorptive materials. It is concluded that, compared with the original silica gel, the Ti-doped silica gel is of greater specific surface area, pore volume and adsorptive capacity,and possesses stronger thermal stability because of the formation of Ti-O-Si linkage on the surface.

以陶瓷纤维纸为基材,依次经水玻璃、酸性钛盐溶液浸渍制得新型钛掺杂硅胶吸附材料.反应的适宜条件为:钛盐含量(质量分数)30%,外加硫酸浓度1 mol/L,浸渍温度80℃,浸渍时间120min.所得新型吸附材料在954cm-1处的红外特征吸附峰表明,钛离子掺入硅胶网络形成了Ti-O-Si键.扫描电镜结果显示钛掺杂硅胶较好地分散在陶瓷纤维表面及孔隙中.文中还通过X射线能谱揭示了材料中Ti4+的存在与含量.多孔介质孔隙分析表明,掺杂材料以中孔为主.与普通硅胶相比,所得新型材料由于钛的掺杂而使比表面积及孔容增大,吸附性能增强,耐热性能也因材料表面形成Ti-O-Si键而提高.
