The fracturing grouting of completed earth dams is based on the principle of hydraulic fracturing. The fractured plane is developed in dam body approximately along the dam axis and normal to the direction of minor principal stress. The slurry is injected into the fractured plane through a series of boreholes under suitable control and is consolidated by the interaction between the grout filled in and dam body to form a antiseepage curtain for filling up the cracks, sealing the leakage and removing the hidden peril. The earth fills were densified and the stress condition was improved locally during the process of grouting. In-situ instrumentation and engineering practice have shown that this technique can improve the anti-seepage capability and deformability of the damaged earth dams effectively.

土坝坝体劈裂式灌浆基于坝体的小主应力大小和分布,利用“水力劈裂”原理对坝体有计划、有控制地进行劈裂,同时灌入合适的泥浆;通过浆坝互压使泥浆固结,形成浆体防渗帷幕,截堵渗漏带、充填裂缝、消除隐患;并使部分坝体压密,应力状态改善。从正常灌浆工艺和非正常灌浆工艺的原型观测试验中,总结出保证坝体安全和提高灌浆效果的工艺措施。土坝应力、孔隙水压力、变形观测和工程实践表明:劈裂式灌浆有效地提高了坝体的防渗性能和变形稳定性。

It has teen paid attention to the method of using additive in concrete at home and abroad.by means of this method,the physical mechanical property of concrete can be improved,so as to obtain its better quality and save the quantity of cement.85—100% concrete what has been used in advanced industrial countries has been mixed with additive,They has regarded additive as essential component of Concrete.The study on reducing water agents were seldom in our autonomous region though there were many kinds of them in our coun- try.In our autonomous region,the reducing water agents used in Concre- te under Construction were bought from other provinces formerly.On the one hand the reducing water agents would lose or deteriorate on the way of transport,their prices and freight were expensive,on the other hand it was also likely that properties of them would not te suitable and not achieve the desired results as a result of influence of temperature and construction con- dition as well as materials performance.The study was begun in August last year The reducing water agent we made successfully was made from w- aste materials of local agricultural products.Its price is cheap and technic- al result is good,and can be mixed using with other additive.Experiments made by 51 groups showed that technical property of this D-i reducing water agent was better then M reducing water agent and was very close approxim- ation to those general reducing agents of naphthalene series——UNF-6 and NF-B which were made in China in improving workability increasing string- th and saving concrete.Expecially it is suitable for the large volume Concr- ete structure and the structure of anti-seepage and anti-freeze in concrete structure.

通过使用外加剂的方法,来提高混凝土的质量,改善混凝土的物理力学性能,节约水泥用量,已日益受到国内、外的关注,世界上各工业先进国家混凝土中使用外加剂已达85—100%,并把外加剂视为混凝土的必要组成部分。尽管国内已有多种类型的减水剂,但我自治区过去对减水剂的研制工作却作的很少,自治区混凝土施工中所用的减水剂几乎全部是由外省购买的,价格昂贵,运距遥远,运途中易损失或变质,运费也较高,还可能由于受到我区气温条件、施工条件、原材料等影响而致使减水剂性能不对路,达不到予期效果,更值得注意的是:不利于我自治区三废材料的利用及处理。我们从84年8月份开始,以我自治区丰富的农副产品废弃物作原料,成功的制成了一种价格便宜,原料货源充分,技术效果理想,并可复合使用的混凝土减水剂,经已进行的51组性能试验证明:D—i 减水剂主要技术性能均超过国产优质木钙(M 型减水剂);在提高混凝土拌合物和易性,增长强度和节省水泥等方面与国产萘系普通型减水剂 NF—B、UNF—6等颇接近;尤其适用于水工大体积混凝土结构和对抗渗性、抗冻性要求较高的结构。

This paper deals with the investigation of problems of uplift pressure acting upon a concrete dam. In the first place, the relationship between design, experiment and observation of the uplift pressure and several problems concerned are discussed. Then the influence of anisotropic rock foundation on the uplift pressure is described. The experimental results show that the greater the value of n ( = k_x/k_Y) , the lesser the uplift pressure, as the same anti-seepage measures are adopted. Further an evaluation with respect to the effect of pressure reduction due to the various combinations of antiseepage measures including seepage curtain is presented. It is indicated that the depth of curtain should not exceed that of the drainage water, if the associated drainage curtains are available. This paper also contains a discussion on the hydraulic effectiveness of an antiseepage measure of using both closed curtain and drainage arrangement for reducing the uplift pressure. Finally, a case study involving seepage problems in the second channel sluice foundation of Gezhou-ba Projeet in which the closed curtain was set is briefly described and evaluated.

本文对混凝土坝的扬压力问题进行了几方面的研究。首先讨论了扬压力设计、试验和实测之间的关系并研究了其中某些问题;其次,叙述了各向异性的岩石基础对扬压力的影响。试验证实,当采用相同的渗流控制措施时,n(=K_X/K_Y)愈大,扬压力愈小;接着,就帷幕排水联合作用时的不同组合方式的降压效果进行评价,并指出,帷幕深度不宜超过排水深度;还讨论了降低扬压力的一种有效措施——封闭式帷幕加排水。作为实例,本文最后简要介绍了采用封闭式帷幕排水措施的葛洲坝工程二江泄水闸基础的有关渗流问题,并给出了初步评价.
