The content of erucic,eicosenoic,oleic,linoleic and linolenic acidsin seed from a cross of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) was quantita-tively determined by gas chromotography to study the inheritance andcorrelations of these fatty acids.It has been showed that both erucicand eicosenoic acid content of seed oil were controlled by the genotypeof the embryo,and two gene pairs which acted in additive manner,governed the inheritance of erucic acid content,and that each allelecontributed approximately...

The content of erucic,eicosenoic,oleic,linoleic and linolenic acidsin seed from a cross of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) was quantita-tively determined by gas chromotography to study the inheritance andcorrelations of these fatty acids.It has been showed that both erucicand eicosenoic acid content of seed oil were controlled by the genotypeof the embryo,and two gene pairs which acted in additive manner,governed the inheritance of erucic acid content,and that each allelecontributed approximately 12~14% erucic acid to seed oil.These twogene pairs which controlled erucic acid content also governed the inhe-ritance of eicosenoic acid content in dorminant manner.Oleic acid con-tent was also determined by the genotype of the embryo.The regularassociation between oleic,eicosenoic and erucic acid content indicatedthat the same two-gene-pair system controlled the content of the threefatty acids. The continuous distributions of the content of linoleic andlinolenic acids had been discovered in F_2,B_1 and B_2 populations。Through the analyses of correlations between various fatty acids,it has been showed that the relationships between erucic and oleic,anderucic and linoleic acid content were always significantly negative inall seperated generations,and that between oleic and linoleic,and lin-oleic and linolenie acid content were always significantly positive corr-elation.Erucic and eicosenoic acid content was significantly negativecorrelation in B_1,but significantly positive in F_2 and B_2.

通过对甘蓝型油菜杂交组合(华油8号×Altex)正反交 F_1、F_2、回交一代以及相应的杂交亲本种子中几种主要脂肪酸含量的气相色谱测定,研究了芥酸、廿碳烯酸、油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸含量的遗传以及这几种脂肪酸之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:种子中的芥酸、廿碳烯酸和油酸含量都是由胚基因型决定的,这三种脂肪酸含量受到一个共同的双基因系统的控制。但这两对基因对三种脂肪酸的作用方式不同,它们对芥酸含量表现为加性效应,对廿碳烯酸和油酸含量则具有显性或部分显性作用。亚油酸和亚麻酸含量的遗传规律尚需作进一步的研究。芥酸含量与油酸和亚油酸含量之间呈极显著的负相关;油酸和亚油酸以及亚油酸和亚麻酸含量则表现为极显著的正相关;芥酸和廿碳烯酸含量之间的相关趋势在不同的世代群体中有所不同。

Changes of seed-goat colour and main qualitative characters were studied in different developmental stages of yellowseed rapeseed(Brassica napus L.)as comparing with those of black-seed.The results showed that there wereignificantly different changes of seed-coat colour between yellowseed and black one,and the pigments existed not only in palisade layer but also in the aleurone one.There was a gradual increase in the contents of oil and erucic acid,but a slight fluctuation in the levels of glucosinolate and dry-matter accmulation during the development of seed.Some problems had been discussed about the appearance of spots on the sesdcoat,and also about the correlation between the oil content and erucic acid content.

本文研究了甘蓝型黄籽油菜和对照黑籽品种中油821在种子发育过程中粒色及主要品质性状的变化,结果表明:黄籽油菜粒色的变化过程与黑籽明显不同,此外还发现除栅栏层有色素外,糊粉层上也有色素存在;随着种子的发育过程,种子的含油量和芥酸含量不断升高,硫甙的含量和干物质积累速度则随着发育阶段的不同而变化。
