This paper is to introduce the technique and experience of twice enhancement processing for landsat remote sensing image at the mouth of Huanghe River. And the results indicate that the depth lines are scattered as a saddle with two deep and one Shallow in this Sea area outsied the Yellow River Mouth as a result of higher stereo Sand under the water.

The approximation of polynomial change the problem of image coding into a problem of how the polynomials coefficients are quantized and coded. Therefore, the number of the coefficients quantized are much fewer than that of the original subimage pixels. In order to decrease the correlations between the subimages, high and low frequency components of the image are coded separately. High frequency components are approximated by polynomial coding, and low frequency components are approximated by the mean of grey level in the subimage. In order to get the performances of the proposed algorithm, two head-and-shoulder images are simulated. The coding rate could be very low , with compression ratio 40-80, on the condition that the quality of image coding could be subjectively acceptable.

本文提出一种多项式图像方块编码方法。首先将原图分割成多个足够小的子图;然后各子图内像素灰度值以低阶多项式表示,依最小二乘准则以多项式逼近原图像的子图像。当多项式的阶数取定时,只要子图像的大小足够小,就可使均方差维持在相当小的范围内。 多项式近似使图像编码问题转为多项式系数的量化编码问题,从而使待量化的变量大为减少,降低了编码率。考虑到降低相邻子图的相关性,采用高低频分量分开进行编码。高频分量以多项式进行编码,低频分量以方块均值编码。计算机仿真表明当头肩图像压缩比达40~80时,图像质量在主观上仍可接受。
