Serval factors enhancing photoacoustic signal, for the detection of the pulsed PA signal in liquid with PZT transducer, were studied. These factors include the matching of response frequency of PZT, stack of PZT, size of focusing beam, and solvent effect. The experimental results showed that the PA signal enhancement can be obtained by making use of the every one of the factors above, and so the sensitivity of PA detection was increased effectively.

本文研究了用PZT传感器作液体脉冲光声信号增强的若干因素,其中包括PZT响应频率匹配,多层PZT积叠,光束聚焦及溶剂增强等。实验结果表明,这些措施都能使光声信号增强,有效地提高光声检测的灵敏度。
