The physical module consists of the topological multipole module and the multipole diagram. This paper also puts forward some main regulations regarding the establishment of the module for the designers' references. The constitution of the system's multipole diagram is in the isomorph as that of the real system. To make a system's multipole diagrams designers may follow the real system diagram or calculation diagram without any need for construction of some other diagrams or equations. This kind of multipole module is more similar to the actual physical system than popular block diagrams and state space equations. Therefore, it is more convenient than the bonding diagram and can be used effectively in the computer emulation and the automation design.

The reliablity of the system and the practicality of the algorithm is verified with experiments.This system is characterized by high precision,good performence when repeated and high speed.
