According to their chemical characters,iron series nano-scale materials are divided into different kinds in this paper.The recent progress in preparation,characterization and application of iron metal or its alloy nano materials,iron compound nano-materials and iron composite nano-materials are reviewed.Iron series nano-scale mate- rials are expected to have the possibility of wide applications in the future.

根据铁系纳米材料化学组成的特点,对铁系纳米材料进行了分类。较为详细地综述了金属铁及其合金纳米材料、铁系化合物纳米材料以及铁系复合纳米材料的制备、性质和应用几个方面的最新研究进展,并指出了铁系纳米材料良好的应用前景。

The structure performance of the NiO- SiO2 composite nano-materials was studied by porosimetry, specific surface areas analyzer and TEM. The results show that surface area and pore volume decrease and loose density and pore size increase as the content of NiO increase. In the meantime, the micro morphology of the samples is changed from the fibrillar and bunchy state to elliptic and then to more larger pellet state gradually.

简要介绍了超临界流体干燥技术的发展及其基本原理,着重阐述了采用溶胶一凝胶(sol—gel)法和超临界流体干燥技术制得的NiO—SiO2二元纳米材料的组成对其结构的影响规律。用比表面与孔隙度分析仪、TEM等分析手段研究了这种复合材料的结构特性。结果发现:在NiO—SiO2二元纳米材料中,随着NiO含量的不断提高,二元纳米材料的比表面积和孔体积不断减小,而堆密度和孔尺寸不断变大,同时显微形貌由纤维放射状、束状变为椭圆状并逐渐过渡到颗粒更大的圆球状。

By electroless plating, nickel and cobalt was deposited respectively on the surface of carbon nanotubes(CNT), so that one dimensional composite nano-materials was obtained. The pretreatment of CNTs and the condition of electroless plating were studied carefully and the better properties of coatings were obtained. 采用化学镀的方法在碳纳米管的表面上镀镍、钴,得到了一维碳纳米管复合材料。研究了碳纳米管的前处理和施镀条件对化学镀的影响,并获得了性能良好的镀层。试验结果表明,对碳纳米管的氧化处理不但可以提高镀层性能,还可以提高碳纳米管施镀量。此外,对碳纳米管化学镀层热处理可以改善镀层的性质。
