On the basis of elastic chamber theory, relative equations for arterial compliance, stroke volume and pulse pressure have been derived. The parameters of hemodynamics in 83 normal adults are studied by using impedance rheogram technique and pulse picture method. It is proved that the ratio of stroke volume to pulse pressure can be used as an index of arterial compliane. Besides, the implication of the alteration of pulse paessure in the condition of arteriosclerosis has also been discussed.

动脉顺应性是血液动力学调节中的一个重要因素,它反映了血管结构与功能方面变化的特征。与动脉硬化的关系极为密切,在临床上越来越被重视。本文是从弹性腔理论所建立的流体力学数学模式基础上,进一步推导了动脉顺应性与每搏心输出量与脉压比值(SV/PP)之间相关性,简单介绍了推导过程及用83例正常人的实测参数论证了它们之间密切线性相关,同时把这一结果应用于123例高血压病与实测资料相比亦是非常接近的,文章讨论了动脉顺应性、心输出量、脉压三者在临床应用中的意义。

On the basis of elastic chamber theory, relative equations for arterial compliance (Co), stroke volume (SV) and total peripheral resistance (R) with pulse picture method are derived. The impedance rheogram technique and pulse picture method are used as non-invasive methods to investigate the hemodynamic changes in 33 normal aged and 39 normal adults. It is revealed that all the hemodynamic parameters of normal aged over 60 show significant difference from those of the normal adults under 60. The mean R is higher in elderly whereas the mean SV and Co are reduced as the age increases. The results show satisfatory agreement with those findings of UCG, ophthalmoscopy and microcirculation in the nailfold.

采用桡动脉脉图法作为心血管参数的非创伤性检测,对33例健康老人和39例正常成人进行了比较与分析。结果表明,正常人随年龄的增加开始出现生理上自然老化的倾向,尤其是年龄在60~69岁时其血液动力学发生急剧的变化。表现为心肌收缩力减弱、心输出量减少、动脉硬化、外周血管阻力增加和脉压增大。这与心动超声图、眼底检查和甲皱微循环所检测的结果相符。

Results Other parameters all changed with pressure except AI. The influence of blood pressure on arterial compliance and possible distensibility differed within the circumsciptions of linear and nonlinear elastic chamber theories. Conclusion The rise of blood pressure may lead to overestimate and underestimate of ET parameters. So only when the blood pressure is controlled can ET parameters really reflect the elastic lever of arteries. With an advanced theory guided, eTRACKING technology has a high precision in measurement. Blood pressure which influence the precision should be paid attention during the measurement.
