30 Californians were randomly distributed to concentrate diets containing different proportion of lactiferous chinese herbal medicine additive. The results showed that the milkability of female rabbit increased by 29.31% (P<0.05), the litter weight at weaning increased by 21.22% (P<0.05), and the average daily gain of young rabbit in sucking period increased by 23.42%(P<0.05) in 2% treatment.

The content of K+, Ca++, Zn++ in this solution was 2.51ug/ml, 7.28ug/ml and 0.47ug/ml respectivcly compared with the original semen, the sperm motility and velocity, the percentage of grade A sperms and the swaying frcquency of sperm head were improved markedly in the semen adding in Astragalus membranaceas. Evaluation in management of artificial insemination husband was also discussed. We considered the Chinese herbal medicine additive of sperm preparation in vitro has been a potential method to assisted reproductive technology.

本研究通过人精子与我国传统的中草药黄芪提取液共培养,并采用精液自动分析仪(CASA)观察分析黄芪对人精子活力、速度等指标的影响,用于改善男性不育患者的精液质量。结果显示:添加黄芪组与原精液组相比较,精子活率、精子运动速度(VAP、VSL、VCL)、A级精子运动百分率及精子头部摆动的频率(BCF)均有显著提高(P<0.05)。同时用原子吸收光谱分析法黄芪水溶液(10mg/ml)中金属元素K为25.1μg/ml,Ca为7.28μg/ml,Zn为0.47μg/ml。文章讨论了黄芪成分及金属元素的作用,并对精子、人工授精的影响进行探讨,认为中草药水溶液作为体外添加剂在辅助生育技术中具有潜在的应用价值。

For reducing the toxicity of PAHS and free radicals in cigarette smoke and tar, a new additive containing the pure Chinese herbal medicine was studied. For reducing the toxicity of PAHS and free radicals in cigarette smoke and tar, a new additive containing the pure Chinese herbal medicine was studied. The method of orthogonal experiment design was applied to the experiment arrangement and the optimum extract condition was obtained. The content of free radicals both in tar and in gas phase was determined by ESR and the content of PAHS in tar was determined by GC/MS. Experimental results show that the free radicals both in gas phase and in tar and the PAHS in tar have been markedly reduced by the additive.

研究了降低卷烟烟气中多环芳烃和自由基的中药添加剂。通过正交实验优化条件提取有效成分为添加剂 ,采用邻苯三酚自氧化紫外方法和荧光法筛选中药 ,得几种中草药的复方 ,喷洒于烟丝卷制成烟支后 ,利用电子自旋共振波谱仪 ( ESR)及气相色谱 /质谱法 ( GC/MS) ,对卷烟焦油中多环芳烃和焦油及烟气中自由基含量进行测定分析。实验结果表明 ,该添加剂对卷烟焦油中多环芳烃和焦油及烟气中的自由基含量具有良好的降低作用
