子宫颈癌是我国常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,每年新发病例为13万左右,对妇女健康构成严重的威胁。目前临床治疗宫颈癌仍是行手术、放疗、化疗三者综合治疗,放疗扮演着重要的角色。只有提高放疗水平,才能提高患者的生存率,而准确的放疗剂量资料,来源于直接测量。由于女姓盆腔及周围组织的解剖学结构复杂,在实施放射测量过程中需要一系列测量设备、实验技术、照射参数等等,测量成本高,工作程序繁琐。本工作采用随机光子跟踪模拟方法,进行宫颈癌腔内放射治疗时组织中光子通量的计算,简单、灵活、准确、受条件影响不大,对复杂的女性盆腔结构、组织参数随能量的剧烈变化及散射各向异性均能很好地处理,值得推广。

Photon mapping is a new global illumination algorithm developed in recent years.This article presents a two-pass algorithm to render the scene including participating media,and this algorithm is an expansion of the rendering to solid objects with photon mapping.In the first pass,photons are emitted from a light source.We use photon tracing to trace each photon and to construct a volume photon map.In the second pass,rays are emitted from a sight point.We use ray tracing to trace each ray and use ray marching to perform recursive radiance estimation with the constructed volume photon map and get the final intensity.

Better distribution of the light energy in the field of view is the aim of the structure design of flashlight.Instead of the geometrical optics approaches,the Monte Carlo photon tracing method was used to analyze the structure design of flashlight.After analyzing and modeling of the camera flashlight structure(such as the light source,reflectors and Fresnel lens),and introducing cosine random number and other methods,we built up the model of a flashlight.At first,a single photon was traced using Monte Carlo method to simulate the behavior of the flights.Then,a large sum of photons were generated to simulate the real situation happened in the flashlight.At last,the light intensity and direction vector of photon distribution in the orthogonal coordinates was achieved.The simulated result meets the requisition and is very close to the measured one.The feasibility of using the Monte Carlo photon tracing method in the design of flashlight is proved.

闪光灯反光罩结构设计的目标是使得所拍摄视场内的光能量分布尽量均衡。不同于基于几何光学理论的闪光灯计算和设计方法,采用了蒙特卡罗光子追迹法来分析闪光灯的结构设计。通过对照相机闪光灯几何结构的分析,引入余弦随机变量等方法,建立了闪光灯系统中光源、反光罩、菲涅耳透镜等部件的数学模型。先用蒙特卡罗光子追迹法模拟了单光子在闪光灯中飞行的各种可能状态,再通过产生大量光子仿真真实的情况。并对一个具体的闪光灯结构进行了计算,计算得到了光强和光子方向矢量在水平、垂直两个方向的投影角之间的分布曲线图。仿真结果符合设计要求并与实测曲线很接近,从而验证了蒙特卡罗光子追迹法在闪光灯结构设计中的可行性。
