To solve the ambiguity that the classical marching cube algorithm often suffers from and improve the extraction precision, first, accurate isosurface in the interior of cube is constructed by using the trilinear interpolant method. The face shoulder points, body shoulder points and inflection point are computed as the critical points located on the isosurface. The geometrical characteristics of those critical points are analyzed. Based on these preliminary results, a robust and high resolution triangulation algorithm for constructing a triangular mesh approximation to isosurface for data given on a 3D rectilinear grid is presented. Unlike the past work on marching cube algorithm, the new solution presented produces a robust representation of the surface in the interior of each grid cell without using look-up-table and complementary and rotation operations. For arbitrary cube configuration, once the corresponding inflection points have been computed, the new approach is intelligent to triangulate the isosurface. Finally, some examples are given to show the performance of the new algorithm.

基于体数据的等值面提取是反求工程的重要组成部分。针对传统移动立方体算法存在二义性和提取精度较低等缺陷,新算法首先在立方体内采用三线性方法构造出精确等值面,然后引入面肩点、体肩点和变形点作为等值面的关键点,并对其几何属性进行分析,提出了一种自动保持拓扑正确的高精度等值面三角化算法。不同于以往的移动立方体算法,新算法无需事先生成多边形的基本构形列表,也不必进行旋转和互补等操作。对于任一给定的立方体配置,一旦计算出相应的变形点,新算法自动地对等值面进行三角化。最后给出的实例显示了新算法的有效性。

The paper analyzed the effect of configuration fix-errors for a cube configuration gyro-free navigation system and presented a calibration scheme for fix-errors.A solution about attitude and acceleration of vehicle was analyzed for a cube configuration,then the effect of fix-errors for the systems output was calculated,and a purposeful calibration scheme was put forward finally.The reasoning and simulation show that the system output is a linear combination of each acceleration output,and the configuration fix-errors has an obvious function for the gyro-free system.In the presented calibration scheme,the orientation calibration precision is higher than the location’s,and the calibration angle velocity has a serious effect for location fix-errors while a little effect for orientation fix-errors.The calculated result shows that the configuration fix-errors can’t be ignored for the gyro-free system,and the errors must be calibrated and compensated,and the given calibration scheme is simple and practical.

针对一种立方构型的无陀螺仪惯性系统,分析了构型安装误差对惯性系统测量精度的影响及构型误差的标定方法。首先分析了立方构型下载体姿态与加速度的解算方法,然后给出了安装误差对于系统输出的影响,最后通过分析安装误差的敏感性因子给出了一种有针对性的标定方法。理论分析与仿真计算表明,惯性系统角速度与线速度输出是加速度计输出的线性组合,构型安装误差对无陀螺仪惯性系统测量精度的影响非常明显,在给出的标定方案中,方向安装误差标定精度较位置安装误差要高,而且转台角速度对位置安装误差的标定精度影响很大,对方向安装误差影响较小;无陀螺仪惯性系统中安装误差不可忽略,必须进行标定,据此提出的一种标定方案简单、切实可行。
