The whole fermentation period is shortened. The results of measurements of call's concentration in fermented medium suggested that, the fewer the leakage of the immobilized cell gel beads the. more beneficial to the simplification of the extraction technology.

本文报导了用海藻酸钙固定地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslicheniformis),发酵生产碱性蛋白酶的研究。固定化细胞颗粒在低浓度的玉米粉、黄豆饼粉为原料的培养基中发酵24h,酶活高达1724u/ml,充分利用并节省了原材料,缩短了发酵周期。发酵液菌浓度的测定结果表明,固定化细胞凝胶粒细菌的渗漏程度较低,有利于提取工艺的简化。

The cell of Monascus purpureus was immobilized with double carrier of sodium alginate anpolyvinyl alcohol fermenting for pigment formation in airlift bioreactor utilizing vermicelli processing waster. The experiment showed that the vermicelli processing waster is a good culture medium for Monascuspurpureusment and the optimal conditions of fermentation are: pH 5~6,temperature 30℃,20% of inoculating quantity of immobilized cell particles ,0.35vvm of aeration rate and 50h of fermenting period.

采用PVA为载体共固定化酿酒酵母和产香酵母发酵海藻,酿造海藻酒,对游离细胞与固定化细胞的分批发酵和连续发酵的动力学进行了研究并建立了相应的发酵动力学方程。实验结果表明 :酿酒酵母和产香酵母两种菌种菌量的最佳配比为4∶1,发酵温度20℃,共固定化细胞分批发酵和连续发酵凝胶粒的充填系数分别为0.25和0.5,游离混合细胞的发酵时间为7d,共固定化细胞连续发酵稀释速率0.12/h其发酵时间为0.5d左右。经160d连续发酵实验,PVA固定化细胞粒子的机械强度良好。
