Totally 123 samples belonging to 14 species were collected and the PSP levels, PSP seasonal variation and interspecies differences were analyzed using mouse bioassay method in terms of PSP quantification. The results show that the Saccostrea cucullata in Pearl River estuary are polluted by PSP slightly and the Clamys nobilis and Perna viridis in Dapeng Bay are polluted by PSP to some extents;the C.nobilis,P.viridis, Pinctada martensi and Callista erycina are potentially polluted by PSP.

于1990~1999年对珠江口、大鹏湾和大亚湾3个海域14种主要经济贝类进行麻痹性毒素(PSP)的毒性水平检测并比较其季节性变化和种间差异。采用麻痹性毒素小白鼠生物测定法测定PSP毒性水平,并以联合国粮农组织推荐的贝类安全食用标准进行分析评价。结果表明,珠江口海域的僧帽牡蛎轻微染毒(PSP),大鹏湾海域的华贵栉孔扇贝和翡翠贻贝不同程度染毒,大亚湾海域的华贵栉孔扇贝、翡翠贻贝、马氏珠母贝和棕带仙女蛤具潜在染毒危险。

采用小白鼠生物测试法和高效液相色谱法对2002~2005年我国黄渤海海域采集的贝类样品进行了麻痹性贝毒毒性检测,结果显示大连海域的虾夷扇贝含有麻痹性贝毒,有毒样品均出现在5月和6月,部分虾夷扇贝样品的毒素含量已经超过食用安全标准。通过高效液相色谱法分析了有毒虾夷扇贝体内的毒素成分,共检出了6种麻痹性贝毒组分,主要以毒性较低的C1和C2毒素为主,GTX3和GTX2次之,STX和neoSTX含量很低。通过高效液相色谱法分析得到的各毒素组分毒性总和与小白鼠生物测试法毒性测试结果基本相当。
