研究了在不同温度(5,10,15,20,25,30,35℃)下白藜种子的萌发率及在最适温度25℃下用不同浓度(0.05,0.10,0.20,0.30,0.40,0.60 mol/L)的NaCl及等渗(-0.23,-0.46,-0.92,-1.37,-1.83,-2.27 MPa)PEG-6000溶液处理下盐生植物白藜种子的萌发率及萌发恢复率。结果表明:白藜种子的萌发率与处理溶液的浓度或渗透势之间有显著的负相关关系;在低浓度盐溶液(0.10 mol/L)中白藜种子的萌发率高于对照(蒸馏水);NaCl溶液对白藜种子萌发的抑制作用小于PEG-6000溶液。胁迫解除后,白藜种子仍具有较高的萌发率,并且在一定浓度及渗透势范围内,萌发恢复率呈现随溶液浓度和渗透势的增加而增加的趋势。
