针对天然饮用水中重金属离子超标和生物污染加剧的现状,通过复合造粒,研究了颗粒处理水的综合性能。当增孔剂添加量为3%,黏结剂为0.5%,热处理温度650℃,盐酸浓度为1mol/L时,对Cr6+浓度为200μg/L人工水处理后,水中Cr6+含量降为8μg/L,明显低于国家饮用水质量指标。增孔剂对复合颗粒吸附Cr6+的影响较大,黏结剂对散失率影响较大。在复合颗粒中加入2%的载银抗菌剂后,对水中大肠杆菌的抑制能力达到98.6%。

The bactericidal mechanism of silver bactericide is analyzed. On its basis, 6 silver bactericides mixed into the melamine resin used as the surface material of wood-based panels have been studied. The results show that when the proportion of silver bactericide added in the melamine resin is 0.6% ̄1.0%, the killing rate of bacteria during 24 hours is more than 99% in the surface of the panels and the bactericide activity is more than 2.4.

分析了无机银离子抗菌机理,根据这一机理选用6种银离子抗菌剂进行试验,研究了添加银离子抗菌剂的三聚氰胺树脂的饰面人造板的抗菌性能。实验结果表明,经三聚氰胺树脂添加0.6% ̄1.0%的银离子抗菌剂饰面的人造板表面,24h对阴性和阳性菌的杀灭率均达到99%以上,抗菌活性大于2.4,达到了杀灭细菌的目的。
