Objective: To study the effect of B 2O 3 and P 2O 5 on fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramic sintering process.Methods: Six sets of K 2O-MgO-SiO 2-MgF glass were prepared by using B 2O 3 and P 2O 5as sintering aid respectively. Green bodies of the glass powder were formed by gelcasting and sintered at 800,850,900,950 and 1 000 ℃ for 6 h respectively. Objective: To study the effect of B 2O 3 and P 2O 5 on fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramic sintering process.Methods: Six sets of K 2O-MgO-SiO 2-MgF glass were prepared by using B 2O 3 and P 2O 5as sintering aid respectively. Green bodies of the glass powder were formed by gelcasting and sintered at 800,850,900,950 and 1 000 ℃ for 6 h respectively. The sintering and crystallization behavior were studied by thermal shrinkage , X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM.Results:The shrinkage rate of the glass with 2% B 2O 3 and P 2O 5 was the highest ,while that of the glass with 5% P 2O 5 the lowest. The size of the precipitated crystal from the glass ceramics containing 2% B 2O 3 and 2% P 2O 5 was bigger.Conclusion:The density and shrinkage measurements of the sintered bodies show that the glass powder of pure K 2O-MgO-SiO 2-MgF system has poor sinterability, while minor addition (<2%)of P 2O 5 and/or B 2O 3 may improve the sinterability of glass powder.

目的 :研究B2 O3 、P2 O5对氟硅云母玻璃陶瓷烧结性能的影响。方法 :基础玻璃为SiO2 MgO MgF2 K2 O系统 ,按照x(B2 O3 P2 O5)·( 1 x) (SiO2 MgO MgF2 K2 O )的关系加入少量B2 O3 、P2 O5作为烧结助剂。分别在80 0、85 0、90 0、95 0、10 0 0℃进行烧结 ,测定体积收缩率。通过x射线衍射分析鉴定了烧结体晶相组成 ,采用扫描电镜对烧结体进行了微观结构观察。结果 :随着烧结温度升高 ,收缩率增加 ;加入质量分数为 2 %B2 O3 和P2 O5的玻璃烧结收缩率最高 ,加入 5 %P2 O5的玻璃收缩率最低。加入质量分数为 2 %B2 O3 和P2 O5的玻璃中析出的晶体直径和径厚比较大。结论 :B2 O3 和P2 O5影响SiO2 MgO MgF2 K2 O系统玻璃的烧结性能和晶体形貌。

Been main raw material with industrial wasted residue about fly ash,slay and wasted glass,increased the additive such as oxidizer,bonding agent and crystal agent caused glass crystallize,new building glass-ceramics plate has been developed by traditional ceramic sintering process.The composition of the mix and additive well as sintering system were effected the fabrication technique and the performance of the glass-ceramic are discussed by DTA and XRD.

以粉煤灰、矿渣和废玻璃等工业废渣为主要原料,添加诸如助熔剂、粘结剂及可诱发玻璃体结晶和微分相的晶核剂等添加剂,通过陶瓷烧结法制备建筑微晶复合板。文中采用DTA和XRD等方法研究了配合料的成分、添加剂及烧成制度对微晶复合板制备工艺和材料性能的影响。
