本文详细研究了氧化钴的理化性能对ZnO压敏陶瓷性能的影响 ,论述了Co2 O3的热特性对压敏陶瓷烧成工艺产生的影响及控制措施 ,从理论上探讨了氧化钴中所含杂质Fe,Cu ,Na等对ZnO压敏陶瓷电性能的不利作用。提出了控制的上限 ,并试制出一种用于氧化锌压敏陶瓷的性能优良的Co2 O3粉体。

Been main raw material with industrial wasted residue about fly ash,slay and wasted glass,increased the additive such as oxidizer,bonding agent and crystal agent caused glass crystallize,new building glass-ceramics plate has been developed by traditional ceramic sintering process.The composition of the mix and additive well as sintering system were effected the fabrication technique and the performance of the glass-ceramic are discussed by DTA and XRD.

以粉煤灰、矿渣和废玻璃等工业废渣为主要原料,添加诸如助熔剂、粘结剂及可诱发玻璃体结晶和微分相的晶核剂等添加剂,通过陶瓷烧结法制备建筑微晶复合板。文中采用DTA和XRD等方法研究了配合料的成分、添加剂及烧成制度对微晶复合板制备工艺和材料性能的影响。

Decorative ceramics were prepared from diatomite by twice sintering process, and an analysis of them was made by using XRD and SEM. The result shows that the ceramic has high bending strength, low water absorption rate and shrinkage, high hole rate and low density. The mainly crystalline phase of biscuit is zircon、christobalite and calcium feldspar, and the one of glaze is zircon、quarts and christobalite. The liquid phase was formed during the ceramic sintering process.

用二次烧成的方法制备出以硅藻土为主要原料的陶瓷,并且借助于XRD和SEM手段对其进行了分析,通过陶瓷外观质量和物性测试,研究结果表明:该陶瓷具有强度高、吸水率低、收缩率小、孔隙率大和比重轻的特点。坯体的主要晶相为硅酸锆、方石英和钙长石,釉料的主要晶相为锆英石、石英和方石英,并且在烧成过程中都形成了液相。
