This paper studied on the application of Power Bond Graph theory to analyse a complex hydraulic system.The article took hydraulic speed control system of the traction unit of MLS3-170 type shearer for an example,represents how to simplify the system with regard to a complexe system of a series of inputs and outputs Bund Graph, wrote out the equation of state and solved with computer at the same time,analyzed and discussed also.

本文分析了当凸轮轴具有弹性变形时,单自由度与多自由度时凸轮从动体系统的振动。先建立键图。然后由键图理论出发,以凸轮位移(速度)作为输入变量,找出状态变量,列出状态方程,建立框图。对于单自由度还分析了当凸轮位移规律为(1)等加速度;(2)简谐运动;(3)摆线运动;(4)三次方多项式时由于振动使从动体质量块所具有动量的附加项(即实际与理论动量之间的偏离),所用的方法为拉氏变换。对于多自由度则说明了求各传递函数的途径。

In addition, the vibration responses of a light truck and a light crosscountry vehicle to a triangle obstacle excitation were calculated, the effect of suspension system parameters on vibration characteristics was analyzed. Based on bond graph theory, the bond graph model of a vehicle vibration system with five degress of freedom, has been set up, the state equation derived and the dynamic simulation program established. In addition, the vibration responses of a light truck and a light crosscountry vehicle to a triangle obstacle excitation were calculated, the effect of suspension system parameters on vibration characteristics was analyzed. Finally, the comparison between the experimental results and the theoretical calculations and the proposals for improving vehicle ride comfort performances were given in this paper.

本文应用键合图理论建立了汽车5自由度振动系统的键图模型并推导出状态方程。编制了动态仿真程序,计算了国产某轻型越野车和某轻型货车驶过三角形单个凸起时的振动响应,分析了悬架参数对振动的影响,指出了提高该车平顺性的途径。进行了轻型货车实车试验并将试验结果与计算结果做了对照,证明所选模型和所编程序是正确的和实用的。
