A hot air circulating type air cooler has been successfully developed. It has been running efficiently since its use on a crude oil distillation unit in 1985 and has successfully solved the problem associated with the cooling of highly viscous, high pouring oil fractions in the frigid region. The application of air cooler can thus be extended with a significant reduction of water consumption as well as a lessening of environmental pollution. 为了提高原油常压蒸馏塔的轻油回收率和降低能耗,开发了用于常压塔辅助操作及实时控制的专家系统。提出了一种两步处理的问题求解方法,并将经验知识、机理知识、数理统计及模糊理论相结合。以某炼油厂年处理量250×10~4t 的常压塔为例,该系统运行结果表明,在给定生产方案的情况下,能够迅速找到最佳的轻油产品分布,会产生明显的经济效益。
