隔河岩电厂3号机下导轴承存在严重的甩油现象,分析其主要原因是机组转速高,供油压力偏大;轴瓦间隙偏大,摆度大;下导瓦面的工作面及非工作面的微小差别基本消失。针对以上原因,在3号机大修中,采取了修刮瓦面和在下导瓦的上方推力头的凸台上加设挡油环板以防止甩油,另外还重新设计了新型的气密封装置替代原有的下导油槽盖板以防止油雾化。经处理后,下导的甩油现象已根本消除。
