Nine head of Minnan Yellow bulls,from 14 to 16 months of age,were used to verify China Feeding Standard of Beef Cattle (FSBC)in growing period by feeding trial,and digestion aug metabolism experiments,under conditions of three different nutrient levels.The rations of the three groups were prepared according to FSBC requirements when body weight was 150-175kg and expective daily gains were 600g,800g and 1000g respectively.The basal diet was composed of ammoniated rice straw and silage, which was properly supplemented with different levels of concentrate:group Ⅰwas provided with 1.65 kg of concentrate,group Ⅱ 2.15 kg and group Ⅲ 2.65kg.The result showed that with the levels of nutrition increased, the daily gains also increased.The daily gains of the three groups were 577±58.4 g,744±84.5 g,and 949±62.1g respectively.There was no significant difference between the actural daily gains and the daily gains expected by the FSBC.It indicatec that FSBC was also suitable to small sized yellow cattle in South China.The results of digestion and metabolism experiments indicated that there was no significant difference(P<0. 05) in digestibilities of DM,CP,EE,CF,and NFE among the three groups of cattle in which the ration ratios of concentrate to roughage were 32: 68, 38:62,43:57respectively.The results of nitrogen balance trial showed it was positive balance.The correlation between N intake (x) and N deposition(y) was high(r=0. 9873, y=0. 4x-15).The third group, the average daily gain of which was 949±6. 4 g, was the best in feed conversion efficiency and economic profits.Blood biochemical parameters indicated that those parameters were in normal range before and after the experiment.

为了验证我国肉牛生长肥育期饲养标准.选用9头14-16月龄闽南黄公牛进行3组不同营养水平的饲养试验、消化代谢试验.3组日粮均按照我国肉牛饲养标准生长肥育期150-175kg体重范围.预期日增重分别为600g、800g、1000g水平配合.以氨化稻草、青贮蔗尾作为基础日粮.适当补充不同水平的精料。Ⅰ组为1.65kg,Ⅱ组为2.15kg,Ⅲ组为2.65kg.结果表明,随着营养水平的提高,日增重也随着提高.3组日增重水平分别为577±58.4、744±84.5、949±62.1g.与饲养标准要求差异均不显著.说明我国肉牛饲养标准同样适用于南方小型黄牛.日粮精粗料比例在32:68,38:62,43:57之间的3组牛主要营养物质的消化率没有明显差别(P<0.05).氮平衡结果均为正平衡.食入氮与沉积氮之间具有强的正相关(r=0.9873,y=0.4x-15).饲料报酬与经济效益比较均以第Ⅲ组(平均日增重949±6.4g)最佳.在试验前后血液生化指标均处于正常范围值.

A mathmatics model was constructed to estimate the amino acid requirelnent ofducklings.A comparative slaughter trial in ducklings and a nitrogen balance trial inadult duck were conducted to estimate some parameters in the model.The amino acidrequirement for ducklings in each period was estimated using the model. For 0~3week, tlie estimated requirement was similiar to the literature data, however, it waslower than the literature data for 4~7 week.

提出了估计肉鸭氨基酸需要的数学模型。用生长鸭的比较屠宰试验和成年鸭的氮平衡试验对模型的某些参数进行了估计,并用该模型对生长由鸭各生长阶段的氨基酸需要量进行了估计。结果表明用该模型估计的肉鸭前期氨基酸需要量和文献报道值很吻合(r=0.94),后期的估计值普遍低于文献报道值。
