At the same time, crack propagation characteristics for different stages of fatigue fracture were also investigated. It is recommended that nodular cast iron could be in greater strength and better toughness provided that its microstructure is improved.

本文指出,用断裂力学参数代替冲击韧性更能正确反映球铁承受静、动载荷抗断能力。介绍了稀土镁球铁K_(Ic),da/dN,△K_(th)等参数的测定方法和特点,研究了金相组织如球化率、石墨形态、球径、基体组织等对球铁断裂韧性的影响,对强韧球铁应具有的冶金结构进行了探讨。同时,对疲劳断裂过程各个阶段的裂纹扩展特性进行了观察。作者认为,改善球铁的金相组织有可能在强度和韧性方面出现较大突破。

In the design of steel struts subjected to suddenly applied loading with short time duration, the dynamic loading is usually treated as a static loading. However, this does not seem to be reasonable. For relatively short time duration of the suddenly applied loading, the result obtained is too conservative; while for relatively long time duration, the result is unsafe. In this paper, the dynamic behavior of steel struts under suddenly applied constant longitudinal loading with short time duration is studied, and a practical method of design for steel struts with I-shaped cross sections is proposed. The dynamic behavior of steel struts under suddenly applied decayed loading is also studied. In analysis, the following assumptions are adopted: the effects of longitudinal vibration, rotatory inertia and shearing stresses are neglected; the relation between bending moment and curvature is idealized; the motion is considered to be of plasticrigid type after the maximum bending moment has reached the ultimate value, due account being taken of the effect of normal force; and the struts are considered to be unstable if the lateral deflection increases infinitively with time.

承受短期冲击压力的钢压杆,目前采用的设计方法是把冲击压力当作静压力,并按静力公式设计。这样的计算方法并不合理。实践证明,在冲击压力作用时间比较短的情形中,会得到过分安全的设计,而在冲击压力作用时间比较长时,则会不安全。本文着重研究承受突加短期常荷载作用的钢压杆,对工字形截面3号钢的钢压杆提出了实用计算方法。同时研究了承受突加短期衰减荷载作用的钢压杆。本文的计算方法,还可以推广到轴向及侧向同时受到突加短期常荷载作用的钢压杆。

This Paper describes several instruments made by the writers used for the measurement of the mechanistic parameters of pavement,The instrumentation and testing technigue for static and dynamic loading tests in pavement testing tank are discussed.Test verifications for the stresses and strains in pavement under the action of single and twin circular loading plate and static and slow- moving dynamic duel tire truck loads are also performed.The results of the test are compared with the values obtained by elastic theory of layered systems and finite element method.The fundamental law of the change of stresses in the subgrade and of strains in the pavement with the variation of leads and structural parameters of the pavement is studied.The data obtained might provide a scientific basis for the working out of a new specification for the structural design of flexible pavement.

本文介绍了自制的几种路面力学参数的量测仪具和路面试槽静动载实验装置及其测试技术。进行了单园和双园承载板及汽车双轮胎的静载和慢速动载下的路面应力应变的实验工作,并与弹性层状体系理论精确解和有限元法电子计算机计算结果作了对比分析,探讨了有关土基应力和路面应变随荷载和路面结构参数变化的基本规律,为制订我国柔性路面设计新规范提供科学依据。
