Base on the back ground of Dafosi Mine project,the key strata theory and cusp catastrophe theory was applied to analyze the mine water inrush mechanism from roof.The sudden broken and unstable of the key strata was considered as the cause of the water inrush from the roof.With the establishment of the broken mechanics model of the key stratum in the base rock,tendency function to present the broken process was obtained.The paper explained the roof water inrush mechanism.Full necessary conditions for the ultra span and roof water inrush of the key stratum in the base rock were obtained in quantity.Finally,in the comparison analysis with the simulation test results of the solid material,the paper explained that the catastrophe theory to analyze the roof water inrush would be feasible.

以大佛寺煤矿工程为背景,运用关键层理论与尖点突变理论分析了采场顶板透水的发生机理,认为基岩关键层突发性破断失稳是顶板突水的诱因。通过建立基岩关键层破断力学模型,得到了表征断裂过程的势函数,定性解释了顶板突水机理,定量得到了基岩关键层极限跨距及顶板突水的充分必要条件。最后与固体相似模拟实验结果对比分析,说明应用突变理论分析顶板突水机理是可行的。
