The datum (1959-1987) on the production output of Hemisalanx prognathus Regan, fishing boats, net numbers, hydrological data, meteorological phenomena and drainage waste water were collected from some Chongming, Baoshan counties of Shanghai and Shazhou, Changshu and Taicang counties of Jiangsu Province during the investigation of 1985-1988. The biological character, migratory distribution, eggs and larvae of Hemisalanx prognathus Regan were investigated. Samples were collected with picking net and plankton nets at 77 locations in Hangzhou Bay and Changjiang River Estuary from Hengsha to Jiangyin. Unpolluted water was compared with the polluted water from the western of the estuary.The investigation showed Hemisalanx progiathus Regan has a life span of only one year. The main spawning ground is the area from the Qigan River to the Xijie Harbour. Hemisalanx prognathus spawns abundantly fecundity about 4148-9445 sticky ova from March to early April. The highest yield was 944.6t (1960), the lowest was only 24.3t (1987).The main cases for the stock variation of Hemisalanx prognathus was pollution of the water. There were three main pollution outlets i.e. the south and west districts and Wusong estuary. Daily input of drainage waste water re ched 619.4×104t, and dissolved oxygen (DO) was only 0.7mg/L. These destroyed the ecological environment of Hemisalanx prognathus, and the broodfish, and juveniles died. The fishing intensity of the stabilized phase (1964-1973) continued during the "debilitated phase (1974-1987), so overfishing was the other reason for the decreased stock of Hemisalanx prognathus.Countermeasures against the pollution are suggested in order to restore the ecological balance and protect the Hemisalanx prognathus broods.

于1985—1988年对前额间银鱼生物学特性、资源变动状况及其原因进行了现场和社会调查。调查表明,前颌间银鱼资源变动的原因是南、西区和吴淞口三大污染源对其生态环境严重污染;同时还有多年持续过捕超过其再增殖能力。为此,提出治理污染,恢复前颌间银鱼的生活环境及保护繁殖亲体的对策和建议。

By introducing the digital Image Processing Technique into the study of environmental hydraulics, both the velocity field and the concentration field in tidal flows are successfully measured with the satisfactory accurracy. Based on a series of experimental data, the phenomenon of wastewater cloud is found and explored, which is of great significance in practice. The three states and their corresponding flow characteristics in the ambient areas of the pollution outlets are also studied.

An unsteady water quality and hydrodynamic model for river networks was employed in computing the amount of pollutants passing through the four east outlets in Pearl River delta into Lingding sea The computed area is about 2?000 square kilometers Based on the verified model and the long series of the water quality data observed of 1985-1995 in the four east outlets, the amount of pollutants into Lingding sea are calculated and its variations are analyzed The main conclusions are that the main pollution factors are COD and NH4, and the main pollution outlet is Humen The 2D hydrodynamic and water quality model is used to calculate the water quality in Lingding sea area which is influenced by Pearl River delta and Hong Kong pollutant  The model is calibrated and verified with the real data The main conclusion are as follows: (1)?If the water quality in east outlets is satisfied with the desired function and the water quality in Lingding sea can not reach the desired function. (2)?The pollutant discharged by Hong Kong only influence Shenzhen bay even though in unfavorable hydrological conditions. (3)?The water quality is higher in northwest of Lingding sea because the along shore flow is toward northwest.(4)?If the pollution accidentlly occur in east outlets, the influenced area is at middle area in Lingding sea

采用河网区非稳态水量数学模型,计算珠江东四口门1985-1995年的入海水量(净泄流量);在此基础上,利用1985-1995年在珠江东四口门每年至少3次(丰、平、枯)的实测水质资料(CODMn、BOD5、无机氮、水溶性磷酸盐、石油类等),计算1985-1995年间每年丰、平、枯三季从东四口门下泄到伶仃洋的污染物总量。利用经率定、验证的伶仃洋近海区二维非稳态水量、水质数学模型对珠江三角洲陆源污染通过东四口门下泄的污染物量、陆源污染物以及香港水域排污对伶仃洋水域的影响进行了研究。
