Using this model,the effect of the interlamellar spacing of peailitic steel,a fundamental parmeter of the microstructure of pearlitic material, on its macroscopic mechanical behavior can be described without changing the local material parameters for each phase of the material.The asymmetrical cyclic plasticity of both the hot_rolled and the off_line full_length quenched pearlitic steel PD3 is analyzed.The comparison between the computational and the experimental results shows satisfactory agreement.

珠光体钢由众多随机取向的珠光体团构成 ,每一珠光体团又包含了许多交替叠合的渗碳体片和铁素体片。实验表明 ,具有较细片层间距的珠光体钢具有较好的综合力学性能 ,较高的耐磨性和抗接触疲劳性能。基于考虑此类材料中由于两相变形的不协调而存在的相间的相互约束 ,提出了一种应变等效非局部本构模型 ,在不改变材料局部参数的前提下 ,通过引入等效应变较好地描述了作为珠光体材料微结构基本参数的片层间距对其宏观响应特性的影响。对具有不同平均片层间距的热轧PD3和离线全长热处理PD3珠光体钢轨钢的非对称循环塑性进行了分析 ,得到了与实验相吻合的结果。

实验表明具有片层状微结构珠光体钢是一种结构敏感材料,其细观结构尺寸———层间距对其疲劳寿命影响显著.作者从对具有不同片层间距的珠光体团的有限元分析结果出发,定性分析了层间距对其力学性能及疲劳寿命的影响机制.进而说明了定量建立材料微观结构与微观结构对宏观响应的影响之间的关系的必要性,以及在材料本构行为的描述中引入微观结构和微观机理影响的重要性.
