It is suggested that the optimal extraction process for volatile oil is immension for 5h, extraction for 3.5h,adding with eightfold volume of water, and repeat for 3 times, while that for the other is immension for 1h, extraction for 1.5h,adding with sixfold volume of water, and repeat for 3 times.

苍苓散是治疗小儿秋季腹泻(轮状病毒性肠炎)的中药制剂,以苍术为君药,故挥发油成分是本方的主要有效成分。本实验以挥发油成分为主要指标,以水溶性浸出物和多糖含量为次要指标,采用正交试验L9(34)法对苍苓泡腾冲剂的提取工艺条件进行优化研究。结果显示,挥发油和水溶性浸出物含量主要受提取次数和提取时间影响,多糖含量主要受提取次数的影响。认为提取条件分别为:含挥发油药材提取以浸泡5h,提取3.5h,加8倍量水,提取3次为宜;其它药材提取以浸泡1h,提取1.5h,加6倍量水,提取3次为宜。

To obtain the optimal extraction process of Yimu Shenghua Chongji,We studied the affection of concentration,volume of alcohol and extracttion time on recovery of ferulic acid. The results indicated that the most appreciate process was to extract 2h×2 with 9 times volume of 95 % alcohol.

:目的 :探讨大黄清胃冲剂活性成分提取分离的优化工艺条件。方法 :以游离蒽醌提取率为定量指标 ,通过 4种生大黄煎煮方法的初步筛选 ,确定浸渍溶剂、浸渍时间、回流溶剂及回流时间为考察因素 ,并以U9(96)均匀表设计试验。结果 :大黄提取优化工艺条件为 70 %乙醇浸渍 14h和回流提取 80min。结论 :工艺条件可用于大黄清胃冲剂的生产制备。
