The enzyme activities in the white yak milk along with variety of the season and the parity variety were measured by absorbtion method.Results Show: In May,AlkalinePhosphatase(AKP) aic dehydrogenase and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) are notably lower than in January and August, but th1e acidphosphatase(ACP) and Xanthine Oxidase(XOD) between January, May and August do not have the notable difference (P>0.05).The activity of AKP is the strongest in the first embryo, the second, third, fourth and fifth embryos are all notably lower than the first embryo, but between the several embryos do not have the notable difference (P>0.05).The activities of LDH in the first, second and third embryos are stronger, which are notably higher than in fourth, fifth embryos (P<0.05).The activities of ACP and XOD are stable, which do not have the notably change along with the embryo change.Conclusion: the activities of AKP and LDH activities are in correlation with that the forage grass nutritional condition which is caused along with the season;but the season change does not affect ACP and the XOD activities;the activity of AKP in the first embryo is the strongest, the second is more stable;before fourth embryo, the activities of the LDH are stronger, and then remarkably drop, but the embryo change does not affect the activities of ACP and the XOD, possibly because ACP and XOD is more stable in vivo.

利用吸光光度法测定了不同季节和胎次的天祝白牦牛乳中酶的活性。结果表明:在5月份,碱性磷酸酶(AKP)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著低于1月份和8月份,酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性在1月份、5月份和8月份之间不具有差异显著性(P>0.05)。AKP在第一胎活性最大,第二、三、四和五胎均显著低于第一胎,但此几胎间差异不显著(P>0.05);前三胎LDH活力较强,显著高于第四、五胎(P<0.05);ACP和XOD不因胎次发生显著变化。说明季节所导致的牧草营养状况与AKP和LDH活性成正相关,但不影响ACP和XOD的活性;AKP第一胎活力最大,之后较平稳LDH的活性前三胎较强,之后显著下降,胎次的变化不影响体内ACP和XOD的活性,可能是由于ACP和XOD在体内较稳定。

The activites of enzyme in the white yak milk along with variety of grazing land and season were measured using absorbtion method.Rsults: Changes(AKP) and maylase of GSH-PX of the white yak milk DaiQian were singnificantly higher than that in NanNigou(P<0.05).The higher in January than it in May,and 4 times higher in May than it in August.

本文利用分光光度法测定了不同放牧地和季节的天祝白牦牛乳的淀粉酶(AMS)活性,均不随地点的变化而呈现差异显著性(P<0.05)。岱乾的牦牛乳中GSH-PX活性显著高于南泥沟牦牛乳(P<0.05)。AKP活性在五月份显著低于一月和八月份。
