Based on the saliency tracking idea, two high frequency signal injection methods,the rotating high frequency voltage signal injection and fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection, were discussed. The basic principles of rotor position self-sensing using these high frequency injection and the key techniques in implementation were presented and the simulation models for sensorless vector control systems of a PM synchronous motor were established using two proposed rotor position estimation methods. Comparative study of simulation shows that the saliency-tracking scheme using fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection possesses simpler configuration and better speed-adjustable performance both in static and dynamic; but it is easier to implement for the saliency-tracking scheme using rotating high frequency voltage signal injection method.

基于凸极追踪的思想,讨论了两种高频信号注入法——旋转高频电压信号注入法和脉动高频电压信号注入法在永磁同步电机无位置/速度传感器运行控制中的应用。分别介绍了两种高频信号注入法的转子位置自检测原理,指出了两种方法实现中的技术关键,并应用这两种位置自检测方法建立了永磁同步电机无传感器矢量控制系统的仿真模型,进行了仿真比较。对比结果表明,采用脉动高频电压信号注入的凸极跟踪系统结构简单,静、动态调速性能较好;但采用旋转高频电压信号注入法的系统更易于实现。

A method for estimation of the rotor position and speed of PMSM by using the fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal injection was described. A method for estimation of the rotor position and speed of PMSM by using the fluctuating high-frequency voltage signal injection was described. A scheme of sensorless drive of PMSM can be realized by using this method.In the surface-mounted PMSM(SMPMSM) and the interior PMSM(IPMSM),d-and q-axes high-frequency impedances are different.When the flucluating high-frequency voltage signal is injected into the stator coils of PMSM,the corresponding high-frequency current signal includes the information of the rotor position,an appropriate carrier signal extraction and a spatial saliency tracking scheme are developed for sensor-less control.Rotor position can be estimated accurately at standstill and high speed by using this method.The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm.

介绍了一种基于脉振高频电压信号注入的永磁同步电机转子位置和速度估算方法,并以此为基础实现了永磁同步电机的无速度传感器矢量控制系统。无论是内埋式还是表面贴式永磁同步电机,其交直轴高频阻抗都可以表现出凸极效应,当脉振高频电压信号注入到定子线圈中时,相应的高频电流信号将包含有转子的位置信息,用一种合适的算法可以提取这一信息。在高速和低速(包括零速)运行时,这种方法都可以精确地估算出转子的位置。最后,以内埋式永磁同步电机为例,给出了这种方法的仿真结果,验证了这种方法的有效性。

To solve inspection problems of rotor position and displacement of bearingless motor,a novel rotor position and displacement estimation scheme using fluctuating high frequency voltage signal injection method is suggested,which will meet requirement of low cost and practicable application for inset permanent magnet bearingless motor(IPMBLM).Based on motor space-saliency effect and mutual inductance between torque winding and suspension winding of IPMBLM,the rotor position/speed and displacement can be observed simultaneously by injecting fluctuating high frequency voltage signal into torque winding.Analysis result using electro-magnetic field demonstrates that proposed method can realize decoupling of sensed rotor radial displacement signals in horizontal and perpendicular directions and of sensed signals between rotor radial displacement and rotor position.And then,sensorless vector control system of IPMBLM is set up based on this estimation approach.Simulation study demonstrates that proposed method is capable of precisely estimating rotor position/speed and displacement in a full speed operation region and is able to achieve stable sensorless suspension operation under condition of heavy loading disturbance.

为实现无轴承电机的低成本与实用化,解决运行控制中电机转子位置/速度及径向位移的检测,提出了一种基于脉动高频电压信号注入法的转子位置/位移综合自检测方法。通过从转矩绕组注入脉动高频电压信号,利用电机空间凸极效应和转矩绕组与悬浮绕组间的互感特性,同时实现对转子位置/速度和径向位移的有效观测。电磁场分析结果表明,该方法可实现位移检测信号在水平、垂直方向的解耦以及转子位置和位移检测信号间的解耦。应用该检测方法构建了内插式永磁型无轴承电机无传感器运行的矢量控制系统,系统仿真运行表明,该自检测方法能在全速范围内准确观测出转子的位置/速度和位移,并能在大负载扰动条件下实现无传感器方式的稳定悬浮运行。
