The authors in present experiment study the problems which take place in brawn rice storage of three ways, storage in oxygen luckage at normal atmosphere, storcge with low dosage of aluminum phosphide and normal storage.These problems are the regularity of temperature and humudity changes, the change of oxygen concentration, the growth and death of pests, succession regularity of microbe, quality change and measures of quality preservation during summer time, The results from comparesion experiments on rice, polished rice and brawn rice of the same quality and in the same conditions show that storing brawn rice in the atmosphere with small amounts of oxygen and pesticide is capable of controlling the activities of pests and growth of mold so the brawn rice stored this way will have fewer fungi, being less infected, and its quality will keep normal, being safe during summer time.

This study analyses dynamics and succession of the demersal resources in theBeibu Gulf according to fishery statistics and data on bottom stock surveys.The results are asfollows:(1)There are distinct seasonal variations in density index of bottom stock. In general,thevariations result from recruit ,growth and death of main species。(2)The composition of Main commercial species obviously changes with the increasing offishing pressure。 The succession tends to an increase in species of lower quality,shorter life span,smaller individual and lower trophic levels and,to a decrease in species of higher quality,longer life span ,larger individual and higher trophic levels。(3)Potential yield of multispecies fishery stock increases with the succession that resultsfrom increasing fishing pressure. At present,the potential yield in Beibu Gulf is estimated at600000 650000tons.
