Modifying soil property(adding acid; spraying acid; adding lime ) and adding humic acid were conducted to study the control measures for As combined pollution with other four metals.The results indicated that measures for modifyingsoil property could inhibit As absorbtion in the dry land to some degrees.But in paddy field,the most efficient method was to chang paddy field todry land,which could reduce the absorbtion of As 2.5-7.8 times less,butincreased the absorbtion of Cd 1.9-4.7 times more in the meantime. Ther-efore,measures are very difficuIt take to reducc multi-heavy metal pollu-tion in practice.

通过盆栽试验,研究了旱作(大豆、苜蓿)、水作(水稻)二种环境条件下,砷与镉、铅、铜、锌共存时的复合生态效应,砷处理浓度为20、40mg/kg;对砷复合污染防治措施研究,包括土壤改性(施酸、喷酸、施加石灰等)、施用腐殖酸以及水旱田对比试验等。结果表明:砷复合污染下毒性>Ca-As>Fe-As>Na-As,Ca-As复合污染对苜蓿试验的生态效应既与污染物绝对浓度有关,也与As/Ca比值有关,Cd-As复合污染诱使苜蓿吸收更多的Cu和Pb,产生次生生态效应,旱田上,改性措施或许有一定的抑制砷吸收作用,在水田上效果不明显,水改旱,砷吸收量可减少2.5-7.8倍,但这将增加大大豆对镉的吸收量达1.9-4.7倍。因此认为在砷复合污染情况下,在生产实践上应用改良措施十分困难。

The individual Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd pollution on the inhibition rates of seed germination and root elongation of tomatoes were tested with heavy metals spiked into the water and soils and the combined ecological effects of heavy metals were determined with meadow brown soils. The inhibition rates of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd on the root elongation of tomatoes were significantly negative linear related with the contents of organic matter, Kjedahl-nitrogen and total potassium in soils(P=0.05); however, there were no linear relation with the soil pH and T-P (P=0.05); The combined pollution of four heavy metals on root elongation of tomatoes was synergism and antagonism.

测定了水溶液和4种土壤中铜、锌、铅、镉单一污染对西红柿种子发芽与根伸长抑制率以及草甸棕壤条件下重金属复合污染的生态效应.结果表明,重金属对西红柿根伸长抑制率均明显大于对种子发芽抑制率.土壤重金属明显低于水体重金属对西红柿根伸长的抑制.抑制率大小排列为红壤>>草甸棕壤>栗钙土>暗棕壤.铜、锌、铅、镉对西红柿根伸长抑制率与土壤有机质、土壤凯氏氮、全钾含量显著线性负相关(P=0.05);与土壤pH值和土壤全磷含量线性不相关(P=0.05).重金属复合污染对西红柿根伸长表现为协同作用和拮抗作用.

In order to explore the combined ecological effects of acetochlor and copper sulphate on soil microorganisms,the traditional toxicological methods and BIOLOG were employed.The results indicate that the combined application of acetochlor and copper sulphate has acute inhibitory effects on the amount of culture-dependent viable bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi as well as soil dehydrogenase activity.These effects are gradually weakened and even reverse with the increase of exposure time.The...

In order to explore the combined ecological effects of acetochlor and copper sulphate on soil microorganisms,the traditional toxicological methods and BIOLOG were employed.The results indicate that the combined application of acetochlor and copper sulphate has acute inhibitory effects on the amount of culture-dependent viable bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi as well as soil dehydrogenase activity.These effects are gradually weakened and even reverse with the increase of exposure time.The change of the substrate-induced respiration(SIR) is significantly increased under the combined stress.The data of BIOLOG are subjected to the principle component analysis(PCA) and three index models such as Shannon,Simpson and McIntosh indexes.The results also indicate that the combined application of acetochlor and copper sulphate can destroy the richness and evenness of microbial community diversity in phaeozem.The changes of carbon utilization diversity of phaeozem microbial community are also showed by the pattern of PCA.

为了探究2种不同类型农药联合施用对土壤微生物的复合生态影响,以除草剂乙草胺和杀菌剂硫酸铜为例,采用传统毒理学方法和BIOLOG法对其进行评价.结果表明,乙草胺和硫酸铜的联合施用对细菌、放线菌和真菌活菌量以及土壤脱氢酶活性基本呈现急性抑制效应,但随时间延长其作用逐渐减弱甚至发生逆转,而对土壤底物诱导呼吸强度表现为明显促进.利用Shannon、Simpson和McIntosh多样性指数模型和主成分分析法对BIOLOG数据进行分析,表明2种农药的联合施用显著破坏了黑土微生物群落物种多样性的丰富度和均一性,主成分分析法也表明土壤微生物群落碳源利用多样性发生了改变.
