Glucose pentaacetat was directly synthesized from glucose and acetic anhydride with p-toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst under microwave irradiation.The effects of microwave irradiation power,microwave irradiation time,reactant ratio and amount of catalyst on the yield of glucose pentaacetat were studied.The results showed that the most suitable condition for the reaction was put forwards as follows: microwave irradiation power was 462 W,reaction time was 7 min,the molar ratio of glucose and acetic anhydrided was 1∶9 and amount of p-toluene sulphonic acid was 1.5%,the yield was up to 71.8%.

在微波辐射下,对甲苯磺酸催化葡萄糖和乙酸酐反应合成了葡萄糖五乙酸酯。考察了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、原料配比和对甲苯磺酸用量对产率的影响。通过正交实验确定了最佳条件为:辐射功率462 W,反应时间7 min,葡萄糖与乙酸酐的摩尔比1∶9,对甲苯磺酸质量分数1.5%,产率可达71.8%。
