This paper presents a graphical method for computing TE010 mode resonant frequency when a cylindrical dielectric resonator of low-loss high dielctric constant is used in microwave circuits. The method is simple but rather accurate. It saves a great deal of lengthy and tedious numerical operations. Experimental results show that the error rate of the resonant frequency calculated by this method, as compared with experimental figures, is within 1 percent in most cases.

With the nonstatic pictures of practical conference television and broadcasting television, there exist very complicated intraframe and interframe correlations.The adaptive nonlinear predictive picture coding scheme proposed in this paper is more adaptable to these complicated correlations. This proposed coding scheme can predict the picture element one by one and the predicted value of every picture element is equal to the summation of those of the present intraframe and the preceding interframe neighbouring picture elements of known values multiplied by different weights. The corresponding weight is also a function of the neighbouring picture elements. The coding scheme can be adaptive not only to variations of intraframe and interframe correlations, but also to motions and variations in the pictures.The computer simulation results show that, the proposed coding scheme, as compared with the traditional previous value interframe predictive coding scheme, can lower the transmission bit rate by over 0.5 bit/ pel with improved anti-disturbance capacity and can reduce the spread of the error rate. It can also realize speedy real time processing and will turn out to be an effective method for moving picture coding.

对于广播电视、会议电视等活动图象来说,在帧内和帧间都有较复杂的相关性。本文提出的状态自适应非线性预测方法能较好地适应这种较复杂的关系。这种方法能逐个象素预测、而每个象素的预测值等于前一帧和当前帧内已知邻接象素值不同权的组合。其中权也是邻近象素的函数。此法不仅自适应于帧内和帧间的相关变化,而且还自适应于图象的变化和景物的活动。 计算机模拟实验表明:本文提出的方法与通常的帧间前值预测方法相比,传输数码率可降低0.5bit/pel以上,抗干扰能力强,误码传播小,而且可以实现高速实时处理,将是一种有效的活动图象编码方法。
