SV_1是一种增效范围较广的农用增效剂.对多种杀虫剂具有增效作用。经室内毒力测定,与敌百虫混用对棉铃虫、粘虫和二化螟的增效比值分别为2,93倍、2.43倍和2.7倍;与氧化乐果、久效磷和氰戊菊酯混配对棉蚜、褐稻虱和萝卜蚜的增效比值分别为1.63—10.67倍。杀虫毒力随着加入SV_1成分的增加而提高。一般常用农药与SV_1混配之比需要1:3以上才明显增效。防治钵栽棉蚜通过系统观察,在防治效果相仿情况下,SV_1可使氧化乐果药效延长9天,久效磷药效延长7天,氰戊菊酯药效延长6天以上。SV_1可以成为生产上与有机磷及拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂混用的增效剂优势品种。

Objectives This study aims at the effect biomarkers of long term and low level exposure to methylparathion(M1605).Methods Seventy one workers exposed to M1605 from a large pesticide manufacturing plant were selected as subjects,while 50 non exposed healthy workers from the same factory served as controls.Blood samples were collected for measuring the activity of the whole blood acetylcholinesterase(bl AChE),T lymphocyte subpopulation,concentration of serum IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3,C 4 and hormone level[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH) and testosterone(T)].Symptom checklist(SCL 90),physical examination,and several subtests of neurobehavioral core test battery (NCTB) were also applied in this study.Results There was no any obvious symptom or sign in all subjects.In comparison with the control group,the exposed workers had lower activity of bl AChE,reduced T lymphocyte subpopulation(CD 4,CD 4/CD 8),and worse performance in several subtest of NCTB,such as,mean reaction time,digital coding,and visual retention,but no change in serum IgG,IgA,IgM,C 3,C 4,FSH,LH and T.Conclusion The changes of bl AChE,T lymphocyte subpopulation,and neurobehavioral function could be taken as the early effect biomarkers of low level exposure to M1605.

目的 探讨长期低剂量接触甲基对硫磷 (M160 5 )的效应生物标志物。方法 选择某农药厂M160 5合成和包装车间共 71名作业工人为研究对象 ,同厂不接触毒物的健康工人 5 0名为对照组。检测其全血乙酰胆碱酯酶活性(bl AChE) ,神经行为功能 ,末梢血T淋巴细胞亚群 ,血清中IgG、IgA、IgM ,补体C3、C4 含量和内分泌 (FSH、LH、T)水平。结果 作业工人没有明显的症状和体征 ,全血bl AChE活性显著降低 ,神经行为功能中平均反应时显著延长 ,数字译码速度明显减慢 ,视觉记忆能力显著降低 ,T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4 、CD4 /CD8都显著降低。而血清免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM ,补体C3、C4 含量和内分泌FSH、LH、T皆无明显的变化。结论 初步认为bl AChE、神经行为功能和T淋巴细胞亚群的变化可考虑作为长期低剂量接触M160 5的效应生物标志物 ,尤其CD4 CD8指标可作为其早期免疫毒性效应生物标志物

To investigate the characteristic and biochemical mechanism about the biodegradation of aromatic compounds by bacteria, bacterial strains ZD 4 1 and ZD 4 3 were isolated from pesticide manufacturing factory sludge, by growth on phenol as the sole source of carbon and energy, and were identified as Comamonas testosteroni and Pseudomonas aeruginosa . Based on the sequences of 16S rDNA, bacterial strains ZD 4 1 and ZD 4 3 were positioned into two different subgroups. The identification of the intermediates and the detection of the corresponding catabolic enzymes in crude extracts indicated that the strains ZD 4 1 and ZD 4 3 metabolized phenol via ortho pathways and meta pathways, respectively. The results of induction experiment showed that the catechol dioxygenases, both catechol 1,2 dioxygenase (C12O) and catechol 2,3 dioxygenase (C23O), were all inducible. Finally, the results of biodegradation and enzyme assays showed that the biodegradation efficiency of phenol by meta pathways was higher than that by ortho pathways but the former is in an inferiority position in terms of adaptation to pH fluctuation and of growth ability on other aromatic compounds compared with the latter.

从某农药厂二沉池污泥中筛选分离得到两株革兰氏阴性的芳香烃降解菌ZD4 1和ZD4 3。经鉴定 ,它们分别属于Comamonastestosteroni和Pseudomonasaeruginosa。基于 1 6SrDNA序列的系统分类分析 ,结果表明 ,在分类地位上菌株ZD4 1和ZD4 3分别属于两个不同的分类亚组。苯酚降解产物紫外光谱扫描和双加氧酶检测证明 ,菌株ZD4 1利用邻裂途径降解苯酚 ,而ZD4 3则通过间裂途径降解苯酚 ,邻裂途径的 1 ,2 双加氧酶和间裂途径的 2 ,3 双加氧酶都是可诱导的双加氧酶 ,其活性强烈的依赖于降解底物的出现。芳香烃降解试验结果表明 ,邻裂和间裂两种途径的降解性能不一样 ,虽然ZD 4 3降解苯酚的效率要高于菌株ZD4 1 ,但是ZD4 1降解苯酚的pH值范围以及芳烃利用基质谱宽于后者
