There are some abandoned wells in Gangxi operational zone of Dagang Oilfield.Utilizing the re-entry sidetracking technology to produce remaining oil have already been generalized application,and good results are obtained.On the basis of this,utilizing sidetracking well water injection supply zone energy,enlarge water injection conformance area to improve ultimate recovery.But injection well requires good cementing quality.At the same time ,complicated geologic condition in the old region and the characteristic of sidetracking well bring a series of effects to improve cementing quality.Therefore,Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute of Dagang Oilfield Company and Dagang Oilfield Development Institute work out the technology of sidetracking water injection well and conduct pilot testing in the well Xi 7-14K.In completion technology measures,the well adopts hole reaming technology,liner two-plug cementing technology,disperse cement slurry system,floating displacement cementing technology,flush joint casing and so on.Floating displacement cementing technology and flush joint casing technology are the first application in sidetracking well of Dagang Oilfield.Through field practice and injection in well Xi 7-14K,the results prove that above-mentioned technology is effective to improve sidetracking well cementing quality.Matching technology can meet the need for project quality of sidetracking and injection well.

大港油田港西作业区报废井有几十口 ,利用老井侧钻开采剩余油技术已经推广应用 ,并取得较好效果。在此基础上 ,设想利用侧钻井注水补充地层能量 ,扩大注水波及面积提高最终采收率。但注水井对固井封固质量要求较高 ,同时老区复杂的地质情况及侧钻井本身的特性对固井封固质量的提高带来了一系列的影响。为此 ,大港油田集团公司钻采院与大港油田公司开发事业部联合进行侧钻注水井的技术攻关 ,并在西 7- 44K井进行工艺先导性试验。该井在完井工艺措施上采用扩孔工艺、尾管双塞固井工艺、分散性水泥浆体系、漂浮顶替固井工艺、无接箍套管等技术。漂浮顶替固井工艺、无接箍套管工艺技术是首次应用在大港油田侧钻井上。通过该井现场实施及投注 ,证明上述工艺对提高侧钻井固井质量行之有效 ,配套的工艺技术满足侧钻注水井的工程质量要求。

针对江苏油田部分油井水力压裂后层间水窜的问题,研究应用了桥塞挤水泥封堵工艺,使5口濒临报废的死井复活,措施有效率100%,累计增油1.96×104t。该工艺降低了作业难度,提高了封窜质量,为同类型油井的封窜提供了有益的借鉴。
