The system has the following functions: single spectrum acquistion,continuous acquisition of multi spectra, noise reduction, math....

The MOSA-Ⅱ Multichannel Optical Spectrum Analyzer is a high-perfo-mence, easy-to-use measurment system for extremcly rapid spectral data ac-quisition, processing and presentation. It consists of four parts: vidicon, dataacquiring and timing circuit. the correcting circuit for the geometric distor-tion and the non-uniform distortion of the vidicon, IBMPC/XT and color plo-tter. The system has the following functions: single spectrum acquistion,continuous acquisition of multi spectra, noise reduction, math. operations (in- cluding addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and geometric trans-form action of the spectra, and 3D-presentation of the spectra on both thecolor screen and the plotter. The absolute sensitivity of the system is 18Photons/sec·mm~2. The access time for data acquisition is 64 μs/per channeland the spectrum range is 1800A--8000A, the geometric distortion<2%, theamplitude error<5%.

MOSA—Ⅱ(Multichannel Optical Spectrum Analyzer)型多道光谱分析仪是一个快速光谱数据采集、分析和图形处理系统。它由微光摄象机、数据采集与定时控制电路、摄象管几何畸变失真和信号非均匀失真校正电路、IBMPC/XT和绘图仪组成。该系统具有光谱的单次采集、连续采集、噪声处理、谱线的代数运算和几何变换、谱线的实时显示、连续谱线族的三维显示等功能。该仪器灵敏度高(18Photons/sec·mm~2)、分析速度快(64μs/per channel)、频响范围宽(1800A—8000A),经校正后摄象管的几何畸变失真<2%,幅度误差<5%。是一种可供实际使用,性能较好的光谱分析系统。

A rapid spectral scanning system which uses CCD linear sensor has been developed. In this paper, both the hardware and the software for the signal processing are described, which include CCD signal processing and driving circuit, analog-to-digital convertor and computer interfaces etc.
