Basing upon the data adopted by The 8th Plenary session of The commission for Instruments and Methods of Observation (WMO) concerning the solar spectral irradiation and also upon the newest material about the spectral transparency coefficient of ozone and molecular scattering, we make computations on the radiant intensities in various atmosphere and also analysis on the influences of factors which make the direct solar radiation attenuated, and then present here a proper method in computing the radiation of water vapour absorption and the radiation of aerosol scattering. For convenience in general use, a simple method for the computation of radiant intensities with sufficient precision is also established.The computed values find a good result as compared with the abser-ved ones.

The results of an example calculated by theseformulas indicate that the method has sufficient precision.

本文提出了大震裂度下多层剪切型结构基于首次超越和累积损伤双重破坏准则的抗震可靠性的计算方法。文中,在导出了多层剪切型滞后结构,在大震烈度下相对层位移最大延性反应的概率分布函数和层滞后吸收能量的概率密度函数的基础上,得到了建筑结构基于双重破坏准则抗震可靠性的计算公式。据此计算的工程实例的结果表明,本文方法具有较好的精度。
