Using N-isopropyl-amide (NIPAAm) thermosensitive function material as monomer and nuclear track microporous membrane (NTMM) as baseline material, a thermosenstitive intelligent track membrane (TsITM) was prepared by the over-oxidization and pre-irradiation grafting techniques. The TsITM can be used to make a micro-switch controlled by temperature. The effects of pre-irradiation dose, grafting temperature, monomer concentration and reaction time on the grafting yield were investigated, and the dynamic range of responsive grafted track pores were observed. To obtain sub-micron responsive grafted track pores only a very thin thermosensitive layer is needed. The TsITM pores are capable of swelling and shrinking rapidly and respond more sensitively to temperature.

A series of thermo-responsive gating membranes and pH-responsive gating membranes,with a wide range of grafting yields,were prepared by grafting poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)or polyacrylic acid (PAAC)onto porous polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane with a plasma-induced pore-filling polymerization method.The effect of the grafting yield on the gating characteristics of thermo and pH-responsive gating membranes was investigated.Results showed that the grafting yield heavily affected the gating characteristics.For the thermo-responsive gating membranes,the responsiveness coefficient of the membrane pore size was the largest when the grafting yield was 2.81% .In diffusional permeation experiments, results showed that the PNIPAM-grafted membranes with high and low grafting yields took on totally opposite gating characteristics.For the pH -responsive gating membranes, the responsiveness coefficient of the membrane pore size was the largest when the grafting yield was 1.01%.In order to obtain a satisfactory gating property of the stimuli-responsive membranes, the grafting yield must be kept to a proper level.

利用电子束引发预辐射接枝技术,在聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)膜上接枝丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)两单体,制备出一种含羧酸基团和磺酸基团的阳离子交换膜,接枝率越高,接枝膜的吸碱性能越好。差示量热扫描及X射线衍射测试表明,接枝膜结晶度随接枝率的升高而降低。这是接枝膜中FEP组份的“结晶变形”及接枝链对晶区的“稀释作用”综合影响的结果。
