Wavelet transform and moving window integration were used to detect the onset and offset of QRS wave of ECG. First, ECG is analyzed by wavelet. Also, some other techniques are used to improve the ability of this method to resist noise disturbance. The method uses both frequency property and amplitude property of QRS wave and gets better detection results than the traditional method, which uses frequency property of QRS wave only.About three hundred cases were used to evaluate our detection method and the satisfactory results were got.

把小波变换技术和移动窗口积分技术应用于心电信号 ( ECG)的 QRS波的起、终点检测 .首先利用 QRS波的频率特性对 ECG进行小波分析 ,再利用 QRS波的幅度特性对 ECG运用平方函数和移动窗口积分函数的计算公式 ,得到积分图形 ,最后在该图形上求得 QRS波的起点和终点 .在检测中运用了增强算法的抗干扰能力的策略以提高 QRS波起、终点的检测精度 .该方法充分利用了 QRS波的频率特性和幅度特性 ,比传统的只利用频率特性的检测方法精度要高 .通过随机抽取的 32 0个心电图病例的检测验证 ,也表明了其效果较好 .

The structure and functions of the system are proposed and the strategies of making the CAD integration, the application integration and the Windows integration are discussed. It is used as an interactive CAD system. Furthermore, the graphical development toolkit, mathematics function library and tool function library and so on in the application interface provided by the software can be used as the graphical developing tool for a CAD system. Based on this, An open 2D&3D interactive CAD system named KerenCAD is created and has been used in industry and education.

介绍了开放型CAD系统的设计思想,它的总体结构、功能以及进行CAD集成、应用集成和Windows集成的策略。可利用它进行交互设计,也可以用它提供的应用接口程序API(Application Interface)中的图形函数库、数学函数库和工具函数库等作为CAD软件的图形开发工具,开发不同的图示化应用系统。根据这一思想,一个开放型的二、三维交互式图形系统——KereCAD系统已经开发成功,并已投入实际应用。
